Recently, I brought my 2009 Jeep, JK to explore having some modifications down to the suspension system and the hood. Chris Burch was very helpful in walking me through the various recommendations and options. He made sure that he stayed on top of the build out and kept me informed during every step in the process. My new aev hood and suspensions was completed and exceeded my expectations. My Jeep looks awesome and I have had folks approach me about where I had the work done. Chris and team have a loyal customer and I'm sure I will be back to have more work done in the future.

Great Car Except the Radio and No Follow Up - Bdb85

Bought a new 2015 SRX and have had repeated problems with the radio/navigation/controls after the first two years. Now all we get are the same tired comments of “waiting on parts” and “we will call you back” We left in the car on Friday, July 3, and the radio volume jumped from 0 to ear blasting every 10 seconds. I had to drive with my hand on the volume down button. I called the service dept from the road and they verified they knew of the issue but had not called back. I got a promise that the Service Department manger would call me back. That was over a week ago. Very disappointed as we are looking to replace this car soon. If you value service, avoid this dealership. I have more examples of their inability to follow through.

I’ve bought two Toyotas from Street. They are wonderful. My 4Runner and now my Toyota Tundra are great! Street made me a great deal on both and they gave me a great deal when I traded in my 4Runner. The service dept is top notch and my “Detail Man” Chris has been amazing helping me get the accessories I wanted. He was especially helpful getting helping me find the right tires to change out the “old man tires” on my truck. I have had several friends and family buy from from Gary at Street and I will continue to buy from them and have my Toyotas serviced there. Street is the best and the customer always comes first. It is nice to go to Street and know they will always take care of you, be honest with you and steer you the right way. Thank you Gary, I love my Tundra, it’s me! And Chris, wow, you’ve helped me so much. To the Service dept, you guys rock!
