Seeing all these bad reviews of the SCT service department blows my mind. Long story short but Abraham Balderas, the service manager, was able to find my Lithia Lifetime Oil Change contract and honored it as they are now part of the Lithia Motor Group. Not only did he change my oil for free that day but within a week he got me reimbursed for every receipt I could show him where I paid out of pocket for previous oil changes at non-Lithia shops. He could have let me deal with corporate but he didn't. If that's not above and beyond I don't know what is.

The service desk focuses on ‘service’ to the customer. They are knowledgeable and their communication skills are beyond reproach. I took my Subaru for a scheduled oil change, I asked for The Works as I had received a notice from Subaru for a recall on a latch. As that required a trip to Midland, wait time at dealership & return - I surely did not was additional services there. Troy & Jeff took care and attention.

They stand behind the vehicles they sale. I purchased a used vehicle from them. Of course there is no warranty on a used vehicle but when I had a problem come up three weeks after I purchased it they fixed it at no cist to me. Way to go.

Customer service was great here! Minimal wait time and very attentive to my needs. I especially enjoyed RayGina's customer service. She made sure I left happy and was very detailed oriented. You don't find that level of service everyday so I do appreciate it!
