My Service Advisor, Ashleigh, was great from check-in to check-out and understanding the issue with my 2015 GMC Denali AC unit and the need to get my truck back on the job. After they evaluated and confirmed the AC issue and gave me the estimate, I also asked for an additional item to be repaired (tailgate bushing) while my truck was in for the original AC repair and she did not hesitate to get it done. I will return to their excellent service department.

Attitude has changed. It’s about the $$$ now. Service advisors that are new don’t know how to talk to customers. Scare tactics yo force sales. Customer has to stand their ground to only get the service they want. New service advisors say it’s company policy that we cram the unwanted repairs on their long standing customers. Won’t buy a new car from freeman again
