Brought in my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus for a battery draining while the vehicle is not running. The problem has been identified by Ford/Lincoln with details of what needs to be done. The initial time they did not even run diagnostics and just replaced the battery - 4 weeks later it was dead again. Ran diagnostics this time and found nothing and they replaced the battery once again. Ford/Lincoln sent out an advisory telling what software update needed to be done and we do not actually know if they did the update or not. We are going to pick-up the vehicle and hopefully it is fixed this time around. I would not recommended utilizing this service department at all if you have any other other options available. If it is not fixed we will take the vehicle to the the Fort Worth dealership to have it reoaired.

Tim Rich, Service Advisor provided me with superior customer service. He is a ten star service advisor. He went above and beyond in having a new engine installed in my 2015 Sonata much quicker than I expected. He even took time out to obtain a quote and time frame from a body shop to have the hood of my car painted and had my car delivered to them. Tim is extremely friendly, very responsive, knowledgeable and treated me as if I were his most important customer. I suspect be treats each of his customers the same way, as VIPs! He was upfront with me and has restored my faith that honesty still exists in the automotive repair business. I highly recommend Tim Rich to handle your service needs.

Bought 3 new cars from this dealership in Victoria Texas. This is one of 2 we purchased brand new in 2022. A month or so ago the cruise control went out. Made an appointment to get it repaired, because it was still under warranty. They had trouble taking the steering column apart, saying the air bag might not work. They claimed someone took the steering column apart and tampered with it. Now they are telling us they repaired the cruise control switch, but they found other issues (metal filings in the steering column? Paint marks on the steering column?) and that they will not warranty it because of suspected tampering. When we asked multiple times if it was safe to drive, they would not say it was. Now they are telling us we have to come and pick up the unsafe car and sign a paper stating they are not responsible for anything that happens going forward. When we asked if they were accusing us of tampering with it, the manager said no. We are the only owners. Welcome to Mac Haik customer service. (reviews are abysmal and they tend to not honor warranties regularly) They still have our car.

Ryan in the service department is an absolute joke. He never returns phone calls and/or follows-up. Ryan continues to give bad information and his service quality in person completely unacceptable. You would think instead of telling customers they are 9-10 days out to look at an issue with your new 2025 Tahoe, they would show some concern and empathy. He never once said he was sorry or let me see what I can do for you. Ryan is more worried and likes to pass the buck and put ownership on someone else than take responsibility.

BEWARE of Up Sales I wrote a review about their up sales that they obviously did not' like, it was removed. My 2022 F350 was towed in when it would not start. I know vehicles and they said it was a service they do for those customer that don't have the knowledge I have. I asked they show me in the Ford manual where it says the vehicle needed a list of items checked like A/C service, throttle body cleaning, wiper blades, two batteries, etc. The blades are good and about a year old. Those unsuspecting will pay for unneeded work and parts. Their rely made my point for me hers a copy copy of the dealer reply "Thank you for your honest feedback and for taking the time to share your experience. While we’re glad we were able to resolve the no-start issue, we’re genuinely disappointed to hear that our service recommendations came across as excessive or unnecessary. Please know that the items we suggest — such as wiper blades, cabin filters, A/C service, and fuel system cleaning — are part of preventative maintenance designed to help keep your vehicle running like new and avoid costly repairs down the road. These recommendations are not made because something is “broken,” but rather to help extend the life and performance of your vehicle. We absolutely understand that, as a former Ford technician, you have the skills and knowledge to perform many of these services yourself — and we respect that! Most of our customers rely on us to guide them through proper maintenance, and our goal is always to inform, not pressure. Recently, I took my Dodge Journey to Meador for a transmission inspection. They replaced the right front wheel bearing and assured me that was the only issue. However, I soon encountered the same problems again, prompting me to return the vehicle. Upon inspection, the transmission was revealed to have a leak, necessitating a reseal. The warranty company intervened, requesting that Meador drop the transmission pan for inspection. They discovered metal confetti on the magnet, and took over a week to send the photos to the warranty company, which required my repeated requests for photographs to be sent to the warranty company to initiate the approval process. In total, my vehicle remained at Meador for approximately one and a half months before being repaired. The majority of this delay was attributable to Meador’s slow hand at progressing my claim. Regrettably, the manufacturer of the rebuilt transmission provided them with the incorrect transmission. Meador promptly blamed the manufacturer for this error, although I remain uncertain whether they inadvertently ordered the incorrect unit. Upon retrieving my vehicle, I discovered that it had accumulated the same issues as before. The dealership informed me that a battery replacement was necessary before diagnostic tests could be conducted. Notably, I did not receive any trouble codes for battery issues, yet the dealership detected them. Considering the vehicle’s extended period of inactivity (approximately one and a half months without starting), it is plausible that the battery had discharged. Additionally, it is unlikely that the dealership maintained the battery on a trickle charger. While waiting for my wife to pick me up, I received a text message from Meador offering to purchase my vehicle. This action strongly suggests that they are no longer interested in working with me. This experience has led me to conclude that Meador will not be my preferred vehicle repair shop. I have no intention of returning here for any work in the future, nor will I purchase another vehicle from them. I plan to provide a follow-up review around mid-October, as I anticipate not seeing my car again until that time frame.

I went in for a 10,000 mile service under the impression that it was in my contract and I would not be charged. After the quick service and friendly service, I was told of the charge. Since I thought it was not to be charged, I kind of blew up at the poor service person. I ended not paying but looking over my contract when I got home, I am wrong. I am sorry for the service guy and I should apologize. Finance department misled me. Apex I thought was supposed to take care of it. They have a fancy area for waiting, but they also need to have a clean up station like Nissan had when I had one. Thank you anyway for the fast and good servicde.

Took my car in for an inspection of the door latch. Hyundia informed me that my vehicle was affected by Campaign TXXL and to take it to dealership for inspection. First I was unable to schedule appointment by phone, left several messages, no return calls. I tried to schedule on line, no matter what service I selected, I got message that the service was not available. I went to the dealership and scheduled in person with John Warner. Brought my car in. Car was at DeMontrond for 3 days, inspection not done. I then noticed that all of my warning lights were on, I notified John he said that they hadn't touched my vehicle, but when I had called earlier, he said a tech was on it. I have since taken it to Big Star Hyundia and got the door latch inspected and fixed in 2 days. I still have all warning lights on. Never going to do business with DeMontrond, they are the worst.

I called service to make sure my broken door handle was covered under warranty. They said "yes, the warranty is bumper to bumper". I said good, I would like to make a service appointment and they said "well you have to buy the part and when it comes in then we'll schedule the appointment". So I bought the part and then it turns out they lied and the door handle is not actually a part of the "bumper to bumper" warranty. Because I work out of town it took me over their 30 day return window to return it which they also didn't tell me. And then they said if you want to override the policy you'll have to come back when the parts manager is here. I called to make sure he would be there and then he wouldn't even come out of his office to talk to me. And he sent his lackey to tell me basically "sorry, no dice". So I went to the sales side and talked to a manager there who was only able to get me 25% of my original cost of the part because of a (get this) 75% restocking fee. Wow. And on top of all that a few months ago when I had some under-the-hood maintenance done, they forgot to bolt up the lower engine tray so I was taking my daughter some where and all of a sudden a dragging noise. I will never go to Eckert for service or parts ever again.

Drove to the dealership in pouring rain at 8:00 am only to be told that I would have to leave the vehicle for minimum 2 days. No loaner available. Service tech blamed it on being very busy with recalls but then what's the point of making a reservation. He said they had the part but not the time. They sent me 3 texts confirming my appt but never communicated that I would have to leave the car for 2 days. Will NEVER bring my car to them for anything again.

I purchased a Ram from Tomball Ram in August 2024 and it was a straight forward process. Not long after I purchased the truck, I received an error message about the air shocks. Naturally I made an appointment with the service department in October 2024. They had my truck for a week and couldn’t duplicate the issue. So I called them and them would pick it up. Not even two weeks later I brought it back to the service department for the same issue. I was told the software needed to be updated, so that took 11 days. After I got my truck back, it was missing several screws from the flares. 12 in total. I reported that issue and the service team resolve that quickly. The truck ran well with the occasional air shock error message over the next few months that would pop on for a few seconds and then clear. Then in April of 2025, I come outside and my front end is sitting on my tires. I make an appointment and it is towed to the service department. To make shorten a long story, they had my truck for 100+ days. During this time, I have to call them for updates every week because I was not being told anything about my vehicle. I was told that it’ll be resolved in two or three days, Three days would pass and no updates from the service of office. I was told I was waiting on parts, I was told I was waiting for approval from the warranty company, I was told that a mechanic working on the issue had quit and it needed to be reassigned to another technician, I was told so many lies during this time that it prompted me to write a letter to the General manager. I didn’t get a response from the general manager, but I did get a call from the Director of the service department. A gentleman by the name of Calvin Miller was able to get it resolved within a weeks time. Even though I have my vehicle now, I don’t feel Like a valued customer. I don’t feel enough was done to make me feel better about the service department lying to me for 100+ days. I feel like my issue was swept under the rug. Calvin did apologize I just don’t feel that is enough

I purchased my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe in April/May of 2025 (not from Northwest Hyundai, but they are my local dealer). From day one, the vehicle had a small crack in the driver seat leather, which I noticed immediately after bringing it home with under 100 miles on it. On top of that, my Blue Link has not worked since June. When I brought both issues to Northwest Hyundai, I was told a claim would be submitted to Hyundai for the seat. Later, I was informed that it was “denied.” After calling Hyundai America directly, I found out that no case was ever submitted at all — the Service Manager simply decided it wouldn’t be approved. That is not acceptable. A dealer’s job is to advocate for the customer, not to make warranty decisions on their own. As for Blue Link, I was told they needed the car for a few days and that I would be provided with a rental. That was back on August 25th. Since then, I have been called in multiple times for “tests” that led nowhere, still no working Blue Link, and no rental vehicle ever provided. The Service Advisor does not return my messages, provides no updates, and the General Manager has not responded to my emails either. This is my fourth Hyundai. I like the vehicles overall, but it is frustrating that every new Hyundai I have owned comes with issues — and what makes it worse is when a dealership gives customers the runaround instead of solutions. It has now been almost a month with no progress, no resolution, and no accountability from this dealership. Completely unacceptable experience.

I went here for the first time due to a service recall and my overall experience was not good. I called to make an appointment and asked them if they have any complimentary shuttle drop off service. I was told they have none! After making an appointment, I was then told at the end that they in fact do have complimentary drop off Uber service as long as drop off location is within 10 miles. Why was I not told about this when I asked earlier? Was it because I said "shuttle" and not asked in general? I have no idea but was very weird. My car drop off experience was good. My service advisor was efficient, friendly, and professional. My drop off was arranged through Uber and was told to wait for the text message/call when my car is ready for pickup. While waiting at home, I got a slate of work orders that was required on my car other than the recall. One of them was a rear brakes replacement. Due to outrageous dealer's pricing I denied all of them and just confirmed the work order for the recall. I got a text within 2 hours about my car ready to go home and I went by myself to pickup my car. I went to my service advisor's desk and he was not there. There were 2 other advisors who saw me but didn't say anything and continued with their work. Finally after standing for about 10 minutes one of the advisors asked me if I am being help or not. I told him about waiting for my service advisor. I was only then told that he went home and what is it that I needed! This was so disappointing as why my service advisor didn't tell me about asking for help from anyone once arrived since he will be gone by the time I come? Also, why it took 10 minutes for the other advisor to finally ask me about my intentions while I clearly walked in in-front of him and he saw me started to wait at an empty desk? Again extremely poor, lazy, and an unprofessional customer service. Later that week I took tires off to check the brakes as I was not hearing or feeling anything wearing out from the rear. Turns out brake pads on both sides were nice and good and there was absolutely no need to change anything! Why was I told about the rear brakes replacement and that its current conditions so poor then? Was it to just make extra money out of me since they had to fix my car for free due to a recall? I have no idea what the true intentions were. After this I had no idea whether to believe on their other replacement recommendations or not and I just left everything as-is. I hope they fixed recall as they claimed. Service department definitely needs some basic customer service training. After my this first time experience I am not sure if I will go back or recommend this place to anyone or not.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst car buying experience of my life. Salesman lied about fixing the car when we bought it. The service department gave us the run around for 5 months. I have text messages and emails proving that they gave us the run around. No one will call us back, and when we do get someone on the phone, they ALL give the same story, “this is the 1st I’ve heard of this.” Buyers please be aware!!!
