Avoid MHSRV – Worst Service Experience in 20 Years of Buying Vehicles
Review:
I purchased a 2024 East to West Entrada 3100FB from Motor Home Specialist (MHSRV) in September 2024, and it has been one of the worst buying experiences I’ve ever had. In nearly 10 months of ownership, I have barely been able to use my RV because of repeated defects and unacceptable service delays.
The service team has been completely unprofessional:
Warranty claims were mishandled or not submitted at all (I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic repairs moving).
Communication is almost nonexistent – weeks go by with no updates, and you practically have to beg for information.
Leadership is either overwhelmed or doesn’t care. A well-run service department would hold technicians and service advisors accountable and ensure customers receive weekly updates on progress.
This level of service is unacceptable for any dealer, let alone one of the largest RV dealerships in Texas. If you are considering buying from MHSRV, understand that after the sale, you’re on your own. Once they have your money, customer service stops.
I have already filed complaints with the Texas Attorney General and BBB, and I would strongly recommend anyone considering buying here to research other dealers before making the same mistake I did.
