Bought 3 new cars from this dealership in Victoria Texas. This is one of 2 we purchased brand new in 2022. A month or so ago the cruise control went out. Made an appointment to get it repaired, because it was still under warranty. They had trouble taking the steering column apart, saying the air bag might not work. They claimed someone took the steering column apart and tampered with it. Now they are telling us they repaired the cruise control switch, but they found other issues (metal filings in the steering column? Paint marks on the steering column?) and that they will not warranty it because of suspected tampering. When we asked multiple times if it was safe to drive, they would not say it was. Now they are telling us we have to come and pick up the unsafe car and sign a paper stating they are not responsible for anything that happens going forward. When we asked if they were accusing us of tampering with it, the manager said no. We are the only owners. Welcome to Mac Haik customer service. (reviews are abysmal and they tend to not honor warranties regularly) They still have our car.

Very upset with service department. The manager could care less. I spent over $2k on service and they could not even get engine light to come off on my wife’s car. One excuse after another and their service agents literally just read from a computer generated service sheet. Manager is a joke and basically told me he does not what is going on and he is just there to do payroll. Your experience has forced us to never consider another Hyundai ever again. Sad that in a tough economy you are ripping people off in that service department. The quote that wins it all is last thing the agent said to us was “it is not safe to drive and tech estimates full breakdown in 1 month”. Wants us to spend another $6k on service. Buyers beware of this dealer.

Have been dealing with this dealership for awhile since moving to Houston for all our servicing needs for our Lexus ES350. They have been phenomenal each time and I have worked with different service advisors but this time I decided to write a review since the adviser I worked with, Martin M., was not only exceptional to deal with but he was truly honest about the service I needed and didn't need which I truly appreciate. Service like that is the reason I will continue to not only deal with this dealership for my service needs of the Lexus but take my family's other cars for servicing when the manufacturer's warranty expires and it comes time to decide where to service them. I see Joe Myers being the destination for my future car purchasing needs as well since I had a great experience in the past with their preowned sales division and of specific mention, Marcos. Overall, I'm a very happy customer and gracious for this dealership being so close to where I reside which played a huge part in my choice in choosing them. Def A+ and 5/5.

My new 2024 Tiguan SEL R-Line is big change from previous car trailhawk Jeep. Similar is price for new and old car. Tiguan is lighter easier to maneuver. Has better get up and go as not delayed when pushing foot on gas pedal. Just set the tire pressure at complimentary first servicing which warning signal will notify me to get air in tires. People were friendly and helped me to set up garage door opener and went thru questions on computer usage. Friendly intelligent people and good product to work with. Back seat has nice space for grown people! I am happy with my selection.

I had to bring it back a week later when parts arrived only for them to only do 2 out of 3. I have been calling for over a week with promise of return calls with nothing. Since surveys are such an important part of business I hope this gets someone’s attention and they call me back today and maybe they can get this review removed. Sad this is what I have to do to get my vehicle repaired…

The Maintenance and Repair Department Lacks Attention To Detail, After Purchasing A 80 Thousand USD VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I ASSUMED THAT BY RETURNING IT TO THEM I WOULD RECEIVE BETTER PRODUCT SUPPORT. I should have known better after bringing it back to have the left front headlight replaced under warranty. I was pleased that the service advisor recommended that I myself do an inspection prior to driving off assuming that the repair was completed. After opening the hood we found that many of the parts that had been removed to replace headlight had not been reinstalled. DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT NOT HAVING SOME FORM OF CHECKS OR QUALITY CONTROL. OVER THE SEVEN YEARS THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY PROGRESS TOWARDS A SOLUTION. NOW AFTER HAVING A 6000.00 Repair On The Sunroof That Broke And Was Leaking ITS STILL NOT REPAIRED ITS STILL LEAKING I CANT EVEN TAKE IT TO A DRIVE THROUGH CAR WASH WITHOUT WATER POURING IN FROM THE FOWARD PILLAR GRAB HANDLES. Made a reservation a week in advance for a safety recall issue. Noted in the reservation that I would wait while the work was done. Drove to the dealership in pouring rain at 8:00 am only to be told that I would have to leave the vehicle for minimum 2 days. No loaner available. Service tech blamed it on being very busy with recalls but then what's the point of making a reservation. He said they had the part but not the time. They sent me 3 texts confirming my appt but never communicated that I would have to leave the car for 2 days. Will NEVER bring my car to them for anything again.

Did not buy truck there because discovered they were playing games during buying process. But they are closet dealer for warranty. Made appointment and after a full week they had not even looked at truck. Never again will I ever visit them. What a bad joke for a dealership.

They claim that they did all this other stuff to it but they didn't and I had to TOW it back home. Yes. You read that right. Charged me 1,100 in labor because they have INCOMPETENT mechanics aka glorified oil changers.

Worst car experience ever! I had an issue with the A/C that just gave up working after 18'000 miles on my 2021 Santa Fe! I went to NW Hyundai in February 2024 the first time. They fixed it, so I thought. The A/C stopped working another 3 times after that (!). 3 weeks lost waiting for my car. That's total incompetence right there. But the pearl of the year happened when I brought in my car again on July 1st for the same problem (A/C not working at all). They kept my car for exactly 1 MONTH before they could fix the problem!!! Unheard of! And to complete the worst customer service that I've ever seen in my life ! (I'm 63 and drove several times around the world in different cars). I was told that they DO NOT have loaners! I do not know if that's a lie, but one thing is for sure: Stay the xxxx away from this dealership where incompetence meets total disrespect for the customer! How am I supposed to get around in Houston if I need to leave my car for a whole month in the dealership for a repair that can be done in one day??? You tell me! Management reached out after I got my car back and wanted to know about my experience with them in an automated text message. I wrote to them that I was very unhappy with their service and asked them to contact me to talk about their performance. I gave them 3 weeks to answer. To this day, August 26th, I have not heard back from management of NW Hyundai. That tells you again about how much they appreciate you as a customer: NOT AT ALL!!!

I went here for the first time due to a service recall and my overall experience was not good. I called to make an appointment and asked them if they have any complimentary shuttle drop off service. I was told they have none! After making an appointment, I was then told at the end that they in fact do have complimentary drop off Uber service as long as drop off location is within 10 miles. Why was I not told about this when I asked earlier? Was it because I said "shuttle" and not asked in general? I have no idea but was very weird. My car drop off experience was good. My service advisor was efficient, friendly, and professional. My drop off was arranged through Uber and was told to wait for the text message/call when my car is ready for pickup. While waiting at home, I got a slate of work orders that was required on my car other than the recall. One of them was a rear brakes replacement. Due to outrageous dealer's pricing I denied all of them and just confirmed the work order for the recall. I got a text within 2 hours about my car ready to go home and I went by myself to pickup my car. I went to my service advisor's desk and he was not there. There were 2 other advisors who saw me but didn't say anything and continued with their work. Finally after standing for about 10 minutes one of the advisors asked me if I am being help or not. I told him about waiting for my service advisor. I was only then told that he went home and what is it that I needed! This was so disappointing as why my service advisor didn't tell me about asking for help from anyone once arrived since he will be gone by the time I come? Also, why it took 10 minutes for the other advisor to finally ask me about my intentions while I clearly walked in in-front of him and he saw me started to wait at an empty desk? Again extremely poor, lazy, and an unprofessional customer service. Later that week I took tires off to check the brakes as I was not hearing or feeling anything wearing out from the rear. Turns out brake pads on both sides were nice and good and there was absolutely no need to change anything! Why was I told about the rear brakes replacement and that its current conditions so poor then? Was it to just make extra money out of me since they had to fix my car for free due to a recall? I have no idea what the true intentions were. After this I had no idea whether to believe on their other replacement recommendations or not and I just left everything as-is. I hope they fixed recall as they claimed. Service department definitely needs some basic customer service training. After my this first time experience I am not sure if I will go back or recommend this place to anyone or not.

I have a 2012 Ford Focus with that transmission. You know the one. Anyway, it failed again and I was having a bumpy time determining who should pay for it. Fortunately, they changed the Service Manager on my case to Chris Wunderlich. Chris reasoned with me - he didn't demand payment, he explained Killeen Ford's position and provided additional information I didn't have previously. He was patient while I worked with Ford Corporate to find a way to get Corporate to pay for the repair. In the end, I found Chris to be a reasonable, patient, okay-persistent, Service Manager. He wasn't insulting, condescending, or pushy. He handled this situation very well. If you are working with Killeen Ford's service department, you would do well to ask for Chris. I'm not related to him, I just think he is a great guy to work with.

They hunt for the best deals for service work and, if I come in with a coupon or rebate item, they share whether it is a workable credit.item. I've had two body shop trips for damage to the front end. My girl comes back in top shape and freshly washed and swept.. I had received a coupon in the mail from a service center, shared the information with my folks at DeMontrond, and learned that they could give me a better price for the service. Wish they had a pickup truck, as well.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst car buying experience of my life. Salesman lied about fixing the car when we bought it. The service department gave us the run around for 5 months. I have text messages and emails proving that they gave us the run around. No one will call us back, and when we do get someone on the phone, they ALL give the same story, “this is the 1st I’ve heard of this.” Buyers please be aware!!!
