I called Mr. Minter a couple of times for his opinion on my restoration of 1958 t-bird I was treated like an old friend instead of a rookie trying to figure out what to do next.He was very helpful with information that I asked and expertise opinions If I had a small-bird I would certainly take it to his shop...Thank you Mr. Minter for your help.I still can't believe how friendly and helpful to a complete stranger that just needed a few very important questions answered...Thank you again...Mike

Superb Service Dept. at Ancira! I was less than a month past expiration date and 15k under my warranty foe my Aux battery dying on me. Auxiliary battery is a problem that can go wrong with Jeep Gladiators. Nonetheless, they honored the warranty on my Jeep that I purchased from them! Big shout outs for thanks to David, Shane and Judd at Ancira Jeep…yes, I will continue to be a loyal customer and tell my friends what a stand up dealership you guys are!!!

I bought from Ancira because I thought they would take care of me and I didn't mind paying extra. I was so wrong!! They don't service Fiats in San Antonio. You have to drive to Austin which I agreed to. The issue is that I bought a 2015 Fiat in 2016 and the car keeps having problems. My best friend had dealt with the Ancira on Bandera. I should have done the same. When I call the location on IH-10, they are terribly unhelpful. Having car problems is frustrating enough. Who needs all this frustration? I should have just bought a used vehicle off Hildebrand Ave or San Pedro Ave. I would have saved myself the a few thousand and a lot of frustration.

Service Department - Country Lady

My first visit to this dealership. I needed service for the Ford airbag recall on my 2010 Ranger. I spoke with Bill Cass who ordered the correct part for my truck; and called the next day to set my appointment. He did explain it could take up to 2 hours so I could make plans. I met with Luis in the service department. Luis asked if they could take me somewhere for the duration which I appreciated. I spent time there looking at the new vehicles and chatting with other personnel. Everyone was very friendly. I wasn't there to buy anything and still was treated as a valued customer.

On December 28th, 2023, I brought my Infiniti to Ancira Nissan for a routine oil change. I have used Ancira for the past eight years. I was a loyal customer, giving them high recommendations in the past. But sadly, they were not loyal to me. I received a call from the service advisor that my vehicle was ready for pickup. He also informed me that my central drive belt was torn and needed to be replaced. The service tech sent him a photo to show me. There were eight other recommendations totaling around 3k. What concerned me was the technician didn’t check my tire pressure or top off all my fluids, but they were quick to recommend 3k worth of repairs. I then arrived shortly after that and met with the service advisor. He showed me a photo of the broken belt and told me that part of it had broken off my central drive belt. The service technician also wrote on the “customer detailed copy” that I had a torn belt. I declined all their recommendations. When I arrived home, I inspected my central drive belt, and it was intact and had no damage. I then called the service advisor and asked for a photo. After receiving the photo, I sent the picture to a neighbor who used to be an ASE Certified Tech for his opinion. I then drove my vehicle to his garage, and we used his 4-post car lift to inspect my vehicle. He also confirmed there is no damage to the central drive belt. We also reviewed every recommendation on the CDC; my vehicle only needed rear brakes. I then met with the service manager on December 30th, 2023, to discuss my concerns. In that meeting, he told me he asked the tech if that piece of torn belt came from my central drive belt, and the tech told him that it did. He asked me to bring in my vehicle on January 2nd so he could inspect and confirm any damage or tear from the central drive belt. He and 4 other techs confirmed there were no signs of physical damage. While we were in the garage, another employee named Travis arrived and inspected my belt, and he insulted me by saying that the broken belt was already there because it came from another belt. Not only did Ancira Nissan take responsibility for misrepresenting needed repairs, but they also told me that my accusation was unfounded. I have a photo and written evidence (photos will upload) from them that I had a torn belt that mt belt needed to be replaced. What would your perception and suspicion be if this were your vehicle? If they make recommendations on needed repairs, you better confirm before authorizing. I LOST ALL TRUST with Ancira Nissan.
