Oil & Filter Chg; Zactek Application; Fixed Cable - jerry

Reliable performed a standard Oil and Filter change and applied the Zactek paint protection. My vehicle looked great, both inside and outside, after the cleaning and applying the protection. I also had a cable that was hanging down under the car and it was repaired very neatly. The entire service call took about three hours and was completed very professionally. Excellent Service Department. Highly recommend Reliable Chevrolet for both vehicle purchase and service.

Worst Experience I have EVER had! Major Maintenance Issues - Dreamfaithtrust22

I have had the worst experience with the Dealership. There customer service is horrible, their cars are all a maintenance nightmare and the biggest RIP OFF. Do yourself a favor, Don't even Bother!!! I have dealt with my paperwork was done incorrectly twice, my car has been in there maintenance shop (that is supposedly under warranty) 7 times with in 2 months. They have had my car more days then I have. Also, every time you get your car back from the maintenance department, your car is dirty and trashed and will no gas in it and there will be a bunch of miles added to your car. An average of 600 miles up too 1300 miles will be added to your car!!!!! The maintenance manager will claim that they had to TEST DRIVE your car!!!! Oh and they will loose your payments, your proof of insurance, copies of your ID and much, much more!!!! This has been the biggest headache!!! Worst Experience!!!

Service Dept. is terrible! They never called me know what they found when I took it in for issues with my 4WD.I went by and they said they could not call me as their phones were down.. mind you as I arrived they were standing outside talking on cell phones! I went by 3 times to find out what was going on with my vehicle and no one from service was there to help or could get on the phone and the sales guy- manager on duty- was rude! Their story was they could not follow up with me on a call due to phones being down at their location-When I said, "You all have cell phones!" he threw the paper with my information at me and said, " I can't help you- have a nice day"... Then- on top of all of that, They let my friend pick up the vehicle without even calling me to confirm he had permission to do so!!! REALLY????!!!! Terrible service! I bought the car from them... 2 months later I bought my son a new car- and I DID NOT buy it there!
