Made my appointment through the recall website. Easy to schedule, but the confirmation screen thinks I have a GV-80 instead of a GV-70. (So does Sirius) I was met promptly and shown to the comfortable waiting room with snacks and water. No TV blaring in the waiting room, and before the promised time, my car was ready, including a courtesy wash and vac. Well done!

He's very friendly, courteous, and gives us timely update along the process. He is an excellent asset to the company!
