She is extremely knowledgeable with exemplary attention to detail especially when explaining the warranty we had previously purchased at another VW dealership on our 2017 Beetle. She is friendly and courteous and her people skills were so impressive that I wanted to let other people know there are still good experiences with dealerships if you know where to go to find an amazing service adviser like Shay B.

Nautilus or Corsair? - Disappointed

Nautilus or Corsair? Bought the ceramic pearl Corsair! Update, Well after 350 miles the dash goes dead and comes back on later. One week in service and get it back, it's still broke. Ten days in service and go pick up and wires and panel are in floor. Now low jack doesn't work and found another panel in back of car along with broken pieces. Going back for 3rd time. The 3 stooges are working there. For my trouble they will fill me up with gas, 6 gallons I estimate. A year later... take in for a recall on 4-10-24. Get message car is ready the following morning and go to pick up. It's not ready and will be another 45 minutes. I go home and they are suppose to deliver to my house at 4pm. Now 6:55pm and no car so I call before they close in 5 minutes. Again, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Finally at 7:45pm they deliver. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Next time going elsewhere. I think they are a yugo dealership in disguise.

I have put quite a few miles on my06 GMC Yukon and it was finally starting to require some attention. Being a female I'm not up to par on the service shops in the area so despite how overly priced my Dad warned me the dealerships service departments would be I resulted to taking it to Greenville GMC. I was prepared to pay whatever just for the convenience and "knowing" that I would be taken care of. I was surprised at how inexpensive they were on servicing the entire vehicle and they even rotated my tires for free! Also I was able to schedule an appointment with them online the next day.

I went in to get for a general fluids and vehicle inspection. Ended up with an alignment (which I expected), topped off fluids, and a stellar wash/vac/wipe down. They provided a complimentary car and were very easy to work with. I always was able to get ahold of Rex, my service guy, and he and the rest of the folks there were so friendly. I typically cringe at the thought of taking my car in because I've had some very bad experiences, but I drove away without feeling like I just gave my right arm for shotty work. I will continue to have service completed at Greg Lair and they will be my first look when purchasing a different vehicle. They were head and shoulders above the local GMC competition in terms of service, friendliness, value, and timeliness.

Everyone there is awesome and friendly! Greg May Chevrolet in west, tx is hands down the best dealership! From Albert in Service to Todd in sales I always feel comfortable And safe knowing they wouldn't put me in a vehicle that they Wouldn't put their own family in. Aaron was really nice, professional & prompt when he came to Tow my vehicle from my home to the dealership. All the salespeople are so friendly along with the finance dept to The very sweet ladies in the office. I will always buy my vehicles from them! I tell everyone how great this place is!!!
