My wife wanted a particular make and model that this dealer didn't have on the lot. Shannon was our sales lady warm and friendly personality almost like we've known her for years. She was persistent and attentive to what my wife wanted all the way til we found it. I highly recommend this dealer they treated us very well in all aspects they will have my future business.

I purchased my 2017 Fiat 124 Spider in Austin just a little over 1 month ago. My first trip out of town was to Dallas for the Adele concert. So excited about it all. As soon as we got into Dallas we had car trouble with all kinds of instrument lighting going on. I am very happy to say it did not strand us on the busy I-35. But we could go no faster than 30 mph. Safely off the freeway, called for roadside assist, then I called Holt Fiat of Hurst as this was the closest business for this service. This was over 30 miles away. Around 4:30pm I called to tell them my situation and that I would need a loaner car. Had these tickets for concert since Jan. Marcus assured me there would be a Fiat 500 for our use. Due to 5pm traffic and distance we had to drive I was afraid we would not get the towing done by them closing at 6pm. So I called my Austin Dealership and they gave me the general managers mobile number. When "Mr" Dhruve, GM returned my call he states there was no car to loan. Well, do I need to tell you what I said after a brand new car breaking down in traffic, freeway, under 1,000 miles and it being my very first out of town trip??? He states this without even discussing it with anyone else as far as I know. I told him I was promised one by Marcus. Then I had a few more choice words for him. He then states "if he promised you one, then we will find one!" Happy ending, we got a loaner car thanks to Marcus and for Sean staying after 6p to see we got it. Oh, we got to dealership at 6:03. So kudos to great customers service from Sean and Marcus. Mr. Dhruve, I don't know how you ever got your title with your poor customer satisfaction. And this not so great rating was ALL due to "Mr" Dhruve.

I went to Honda for my first oil change, and was greeted by Ryan Hall. After talking with him a few minutes he instructed me that it would be 45 minute wait, and it was exactly 45 minutes. Keep up the great work guys!

I have been driving Hondas for almost 27 years. I'm aware of mechanical issues that can happen, regular maintenance that should be done, etc. I had never used this dealership until recently. I acquired an old Pilot, and decided to try them out with an oil change. From previous experiences, I won't go anywhere else for that service, but a Honda dealership. I get treated just like any other customer, even though my car isn't as shiny and new. I like the inspections and reminders they go over for service. It's not a hard sell, like you might find with other convenient places. Connor and Greg B. have been most helpful with all my questions and service needs. Both were informative on how I can save on some needed maintenance. Both went out of their way--Conner with providing me carfax to determine current service needs and quotes, and Greg going above and beyond with loaner options, and his service, and ideas to save money. The dealership was busy both times those men helped me, and they were patient and kind, never rushed me, nor did they exhibit anything other than superior service. Thank you!!!!

Great place Chris and the techs always take care of me even though I don't drive a lincoln they treat my F250 like one always cleaned up after a service and always explained as to what maintenance I need next thanks guys for treating me like family!!! Go frogs!!!
