I have a 2017 Kia Niro which needed AC repairs. They worked with me on reducing the labor cost so that I could afford the repairs. They also provided me with a loaner car which saved me over $1000!

The service team is the worse I’ve ever dealt with. Moe is the only decent one there, and it’s not any of his fault! They have had my car almost 2 months, will not return calls. I’ve got a case opened with GM since it’s all been a disaster. I would not recommend this dealership at all

I appreciate Ly for his quick assistance and patience with me when trying to duplicate the noise I was hearing. I also want to say my loaner/rental was very tempting, lol. Lastly I thank the service manager for honoring the coupon as written and not whatever the cashier clerk was trying to interpret it as. Although a far drive from my home but the distance is worth the difference.
