She is extremely knowledgeable with exemplary attention to detail especially when explaining the warranty we had previously purchased at another VW dealership on our 2017 Beetle. Please people let’s get together at the Griffith Ford San Marcos bcz there was a break in at the property and it was a technician that Ford had hired. That stole car parts and they don’t want to take responsibility for fixing what was damaged under their watch. Truck had been at that dealership for 6 months bcz they figure out what was wrong with it and we get a letter stating that some vehicles were broken into but they won’t pay for fixing it. Like who does that?? We all need to get together and show up at the dealership bcz the whole county needs to know about this crap.

After 18 months in my 2022 XC-60, I am very pleased with my choice and highly recommend Grubbs Central Houston for sales and service. Some significant warranty work was necessary that took several months to complete. At first I was totally frustrated with that process and the rapid change in maintenance staff at your facility. That was before I realized the true impact of Climate Change on the lives of working people, especially those in the service industry. Maintenance is a difficult job and everyone thinks there job should be first priority. I respect those who continue to work long hours and do their best under time and cost constraints that are difficult to control.
