Another Laredo disappointment. A simple oil change took the whole day. You can stand there for hours and nobody will ask if you have been helped. They damage my vehicle and I am still waiting for the damage to get repaired.

Made service appointment to have struts replaced on my Chrysler 300. On the appointed day I drove 40 miles to the dealership. Arrived early, reviewed what was needed and left. In three hours I called to check to see what time it would be completed. Later learned that the parts were not there and would take 3 to five days to get there. I have made other arrangements (for less money) and have no plans to return to Premier Autoplex.
