You don't get what you expect - Mrs.Anderson

After purchasing a vehicle from this company my hubbys truck was leaking from the roof yes they fixed it. So they said.... due to unforeseen circumstances the vehicle was returned 14 days later. I asked for some of the down payment back and I was told that the vehicle had already been registers and the down payment was used for tags title and license. I called the DMV and was told that the vehicle wasn't registerd to anyone.....i was told i could ask for a reciept that proves the down payment was used for that. When my hubby returned the vehicle of course he didnt get a receipt. When i called the owner he said he wasnt aware of what was going on but then magically remembered when we were talking and he said he never returns any monies back because he is loosing out?! But how when he's going to be able to re sale the vehicle again....wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I purchased a 2012 Land Rover, Range Rover from this dealer. The day I drove it home I called them to tell them of many issues from suspension to electronics. I told them I did not want the vehicle. They talked me into keeping it.I took the vehicle back the next day.and they said they would fix it correctly. 7 weeks later I got tired of the lies and went back. I heard all the excuse you could imagine. I made a verbal agreement with the owner if I kept the car he would fix any problems with in the first 12 months. He also stated my car would be ready in 3-4 days. 4 weeks later.....They called and said it was ready and properly repaired. ....... 1 hour later the suspension failed and the a/c was not working properly. I called and they were closed. I sent text to the GM telling him of the issues and I wanted to talk to the owner the next day. The GM quit and the message did not get to the owner of the dealership for two weeks because I personally drove the car back. He refused to discuss the issue and threw me out saying he never made a verbal commitment ! I had 2 witnesses. Filed complaint with the DMV....... The investigation is in the works.

IF any one has purchased from this dealership, then you understand the struggle of getting your title. this dealership has left me in a pickle trying to get my car registered. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with this dealership?

Tyler was a knowledgeable professional starting the car buying process and ending the car buying process. My husband contacted Tyler about a 2009 335I BMW that he saw on Facebook. Tyler immediately responded back and updated my husband regarding the specifications on the car. We then met Tyler in Plano to look at and test drive the car. We loved the car's body and how well it had been maintained. The engine was also very well kept.. We bought the car. We live in Fort Worth, so Tyler delivered the car to us in Arlington so we did not have to make a long drive. Tyler definitely knows how to treat his customers. He called a couple of days later to make sure that my son was enjoying his new Beemer! I look forward in doing more business with him in the future.

Do not buy a vehicle from these scammers!!!! The truck I bought from them had the undercarriage painted to hide rust (I was told it was clean of rust except the bumper), and the Check Engine light has been blacked out with electrical tape! What I thought was a minor issue ended up being a major problem!!! When I called them about it they said they wouldn't do anything, and they didn't know anything about it. This place is why used car dealerships get a bad name!

He approached me promptly and walked me through the steps that I needed to go through to have my plates installed in my car. He went the extra mile and helping me hunt through some of my trunk junk to find the plate holders. First off; No place for customers to park. Filled with cars for sale and rental cars. We parked on the street. Second: Salesman never introduced himself or gave us a card. Third: When we called the main number it rang about 10-12 times. They always said he is not at his desk. One time we saw he was at his desk and called just to see what the person who answered the phone would say, which was "Not at his desk, out with a customer."

I went to Hovey Motorcars to look for a classic car for my wife for mother's day. I worked with Ray Gutierrez who did an excellent job helping me out. The 1972 Corvette is just as beautiful in person as it was on their webpage and was priced under what other similar Vettes are selling for online. I will look to Hovey from now on for future classic cars I want. I also had the privilege of meeting the elder Hovey, Mr. Hovey, who was very pleasant and made me feel very welcome at the dealership. They have a very nice selection to pick from and went way above what they had to for me. With Ray's help my wife was caught completely off guard by her surprise gift. Thank you Hovey family.

The ease of purchase is the only thing good about this place. When I received my 2015 model S it had a blown speaker in the front passenger door that was not disclosed as I purchased out of state and had them deliver. I was also promised a portable charger that I haven’t seen 2 months later. I came out of pocket to get my own. As someone who is also in the car industry I wouldn’t recommend this place to my family so I wouldn’t advise a stranger to buy here either.

I can't vouch for the quality of this company in 2021, but when I bought my Honda 750 motorcycle there in 1975, it was tops in customer service and price as opposed to Houston motorcycle dealerships. Fun bike that I kept for several years.
