1)the loan officer kept sending my the wrong paper for me to sign. That took 2week for the paper owrk to get resolve
2)after carefully reviewing the paper work contract I saw she added Life insurance on the loan just in case I passed away or can t pay the loan...I never ask her to add that nor did she informed me she was going to add it...so she had to send another paper work without that on there. I felt that was shaddy.
The salesman kept giving me wrong info i questioned if he was a new sales person.
I will never do business with them again. if you financing make sure you read it carefully and crunch your own numbers.
The only thing I can say nice about Mark Miller Subaru is the operator that answered the phone she was always nice.
