Service department was amazing friendly and honest. We went in for oil change and tire rotation, the service tech also alerted us to a recal and was very patient in explaining what needed to be done and assumed us it would be done with our scheduled service. He sure made us feel like family!

We were looking to buy a used car, we talk to one of the sales associates to let him know what we were looking for, they didn't have anything on the lot at the time. After a couple days a vehicle came in matching what we were looking for . He quickly called us, drove the car over to our house so we could look at it, let us take it for a test drive, and the next day we purchased it. During that time they had cleaned it, detailed it, and done a inspection on it. The whole process was a great experience for us, everyone were very helpful in every way. I will purchase all of my vehicle's from Hansen Motors.

When is the last time you had a good car buying experience? If you are like me it has been awhile. That all change with my recent purchase from Tony Basso Gm. I was searching nationwide for a particular make and model of car. I found one on line at Tony Basso Gm in Price, Utah. I worked with Nick Ori. No high pressure sales. Just plain straight forward information and negotiation. I came away with a car I was looking for and a great buying experience from all the staff at Tony Basso. My Cadillac was having mechanical issues during our stay in Bear Lake. We scheduled a service appointment before heading back home. From the minute I walked through the door I was treated with respect and concern about our situation. I was shuttled to Enterprise Car Rental and provided a rental car for the next 5 hours while my car was repaired. What could have been a huge inconvenience during our vacation turned into very pleasant experience. Highly recommend Axtel-Taylor's GMC Service Department!

The Service Advisor Ryan Porter walked around my vehicle with me in the service drive, checked tire tread and for visible leaks. Very impressive! I didn't feel like a tag number, I felt like a customer and could tell that he cared.

Do not buy a truck from this dealership if you ever plan to have a problem with your car. Service department stinks. Rear main seal went out in my truck at 1200 miles going on three weeks still not fixed. service manager thinks it's no big deal. They gave me a replacement truck of inferior value that can't handle the work load that I bought the original truck for. Go somewhere else there has to be a better dealer. So so bad.

Got a new Chevy, set up an account with my.gm.com. That worked great. They showed me recalls my car was still in need of. They also took me directly to the Young Chevrolet of Layton's website and showed me exact appointment times that were available to address my recall issues. I took half a day off from work and scheduled for the next day, 9:30am. I received an email from GM saying, "Thank you for scheduling your service appointment with Young Chevrolet. We look forward to servicing your 2006 CHEVROLET IMPALA. Here are the details for your appointment...." Then it read, "One of our service advisors will be there to greet you when you arrive to answer any additional questions you may have. Here at Young Chevrolet we recognize that you have many choices when deciding where to take your IMPALA for service, and we appreciate the fact that you've chosen us. We will do our best to ensure you are COMPLETELY SATISFIED each and every time you visit our dealership. If you have questions or concerns about this appointment, please call our service department at: (801) 660-1802. Thanks again for choosing Young Chevrolet. See you soon!"
Seems like the appointment is a lock, right? I showed up precisely at 9:30am. First of all, I couldn't get the attention of any service rep. Finally, after getting the attention of someone, he looked up my name and the appointment time and had NO RECORD OF ME or my car.
I left, and about an hour later I get a call from a lady service rep saying she got a message about my appointment, but that the appointments are only "tentative" and that they were all booked up today and could not see me.
I asked, "Then why did your online service allow me to make the appointment and why did I get a confirmation email about the appointment?" She just said, "Well, it's not my fault. These appointments are tentative and you should have called us." So she put the blame on me even though I have an email confirming the appointment with nothing on the email that says I needed to call and reconfirm this appointment.
Definitely a disconnect between GM, Young Chevrolet's online service, and what they actually see on their computers. It was a joke and a total was of my morning. First impressions are everything. Glad there are two other Chevy dealers nearby that could address my recall issues.
