I had been searching for a particular vehicle with specific features for some 12 months. During that time I visited 7 various Chevrolet Dealerships. I was not dissatisfied with my experiences elsewhere, but I was also not really motivated to return any of them. However when I worked with Becky at Murdock, I was so impressed with my experience I determined that I would not purchase a vehicle from any other dealer. Even though i did not purchase a vehicle intially, Becky contacted me appropriatley as she found products that she thought fit my needs. She was never over bearing or over anxious to make a sale. When I did finally locate the perfect truck after a year of searching... it was not at Murdock... So I remembered that Becky mentioned they may be able to obtain the vehicle by dealer trade. I asked if there were anyway that may be possible. She reached out to them and made it happen! I cannot say enough about how much she did to make it work! Thank you Becky, I have no regrets!

I put 5 stars but didn't actually buy my truck from them. I will definitely go to them next time. They didn't pressure, just gave me the best price on the truck I could find. They were open to getting me exactly what I wanted rather than trying to force a sale of what they had on the lot, willing to seek out dealer trades etc. They would even order me a truck built as I wanted at the price they offered. Great with questions, patient with answering everything.
In the end I bought another truck simply due to what I found at another dealer in the region. I felt bad telling Stephen I had bought something else I stumbled on. Based on everything I had seen prior, I suspect the delivery and service after the sale would have been equally good.

My brother went there to purchase a Chevy Silverado. He knew which one he wanted. He had shopped around and online. Needless to say by the end of the day they had pushed him into a Ram 1500? They never kept there word with the out the door price. Added in so many add-ons. Plus trade in on his vehicle they would give him $13 hundred. In the paper work they gave him $500. I caught them in so many lies & Excuses. Telling me his old truck would be sold for Scrap? That's all they would get out of it! Lol. I already new and seem it listed on there website for $6000. Seriously. They then tried to deny it. My brother did not understand what all they had done. Yes he should have just walked out on them. But when there are 5 salesman pushing and pushing a vehicle down your throat? My brother was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease two weeks after? He didn't know all the add ins or what they had done in the contract? . Then put him on a 75 month loan for 8.9% interest. xxxx, for that kind of a deal. He should have been able to buy the Chevy Silverado? As I spoke with the dealership after 2 days. I learned why they pushed him into the Ram. They never had the Silverado he wanted. But on the phone was completely the opposite they had what he was looking for?? They took advantage of the whole situation. Yes my brother should have not gone by himself? I wish I could have gone. If a dealership can take advantage of an individual can tell them one thing and do something else. As for his trade in. I bought it back from them. The same price. 10 days later.... Funny thing they still had the license plates still on it. Salesman (manager) said... It's your Lucky Day? First time in 27 years he forgot to take the plates off a vehicle? Seriously Blow Smoke Up Someone Else's ***! Also they put the Wrong Plates on his New Ram?? We just received the correct plates July 16 2016. We were never notified of nothing for 7 weeks this Ram had the wrong vin. # Plates and Registation which was another individuals. They were a little upset when I told the dealership I took the plates to the DMV? I felt that was the best place to take them? Doug Smith in Spanish Fork Utah. Are a bunch of Dishonest, Liars as well illegal issues. If nothing else I hope this review will get people to think twice before purchasing a vehicle from them. I am Not impressed with Doug Smith at all!! I hope this can save someone else some time and money. There are better places to purchase a vehicle & be treated honestly..

I brought my Silverado in for an oil change appointment on Friday morning at 7:45. Once I arrived the service adviser notified me that there was a recall to reprogram the transfer case and that it would take 1/2 hour longer. I said that was fine. 10:15 am is when I finally left. Apparently they did the recall and then either forgot about my oil change or putt all other oil changes ahead of mine. After seeing about 3 customers leave before me who all showed up after me I asked if it was almost done. This was at about 9 o'clock and they said they had already completed the reprogramming recall and were just finishing it up the oil change however I continued to wait for over another hour. Not a good experience whatsoever. We had ski passes good for that day up at beaver mountain and I was hoping for a quick lube early in the morning and to be on my way. This pushed our whole day back and feel like I was robbed of my day and money, even though the oil change was covered under my new vehicle maintenance plan. Being a former GM employee and die hard Chevy Fan, I will definitely take my business to other dealers.

This was my first time buying a car at a dealer and I was not happy at all with them the list price for the car was 3995 I gave them a 2000 dollar down payment and I was pre approved 12+ years at the same job even know all of that they would not let me take the car that day it was five days later before they got in touch with me I will never go back there again!
