Great Experience - TraciEN
Becky was great to work with. Upon arriving she quickly got us into the 2 cars we wanted to test drive and obtained all the information we needed to make our decision to purchase. She also went out of her way to get us some snacks and drinks to tide us over while we waited for the paperwork to be finalized. All employees that we encountered during our stay made a point to greet us and make us feel welcomed.

We just bought a new Chevrolet Equinox from Larry H miller in Murray. It has been 17 years since we bought a new car. We have loved my Chevy Blazer so much, and didn't want to replace it,but was getting a little tired.Torrey set me up with a beautiful new Equinox and made the experience so easy and enjoyable! We have never been treated so warmly at a dealer before. Torrey was just plain awesome!! We felt so pampered by him! We will send all our friends and family to Larry's in Murray. What an awesome place to buy a car and Torrey...... let just say I would recommend him in a Chevy Heart beat !!! He was the best!!! Thanks Torrey

I thought there was no way that I would find what I wanted for how much I could afford and actually get qualified! They worked their butts off for me!! I almost cried when they gave me and my kids the keys!! I can never thank you enough Brandon and Chris and Brock for all your hard work!
Awesome customer service - 19reidshort73
Cameron was hands down the best salesman my wife and I have ever met. His customer service far exceeded what is normally appropriate. He won over a customer for life. Denny Menholt Chevrolet, you have yourself a grade A employee in Cameron.
Highly recommend - jk56
I just purchased a vehicle from Tony Basso Chevrolet. Thad was the sales person that helped us. From the very beginning they were professional and friendly. They did everything that they could to make this the best buying experience I have ever had and I have bought many cars from different dealerships. I highly recommend taking the drive to Price (we drove from Lehi). The extra time is well worth the quality, prices and extra mile this dealership goes to make their customers happy.
Above the Crowd - Rick Mayer
Have now purchased two vehicles in less than a year and both times the folks at Axtel Taylor exceeded my expectations! Don't go anywhere but Logan at Axtell Taylor.
And I should know, have purchased 9 vehicles in the past 8 years and these guys are THE BEST.
Hooray! - jTown462

I do not recommend Young Chevrolet in Layton, UT - TMurrayUT
As of now, I do not recommend Young Chevrolet out of Layton, UT. This is why: Nearly 3 weeks ago I purchased a 2011 Dodge Avenger. I had been searching for one for quite some time now. I was so happy. I had been working hard to get to this point so I could purchase a newer car for my family. Yeeeee!!
After driving my car home, I try and connect my phone using the blue tooth capabilities however, it ended up not being installed. The salesman, Chase, had made a mistake. It was an honest mistake thus I wasn't upset about it. I brought this to their attention and after a few discussions, Young Chevrolet said they would have the blue tooth chip installed, at no cost to me of course. They said I should have my car within 3 days because they had to wait for the part to ship.
I then had set up an appointment for my car to be tinted while it was with them (at my cost of course) so I could have it returned with the chip installed and the window tint already completed. I was supposed to pick up my car not last Friday, but the Friday prior to that. I am the one that had to call at about 5:00 pm to let them know I'd arrive by 7:00 pm. This is when Chase had informed me that my rear window would not roll down therefore they could not finish tinting the windows. Why did they not proactively reach out to me and notify me of this? why didn't they let me know they broke the regulator? He said they were going to have to order the part and I would have to wait another few days before they could install it. Agggghhhhh, ok fine. I continued to be patient.
Then, I had to call again last week to see if they have an eta on my car (bluetooth chip, regulator, and window tint). I had to call 3 times last week and then finally, Chase returned my call on Thursday. Behold, I am unable to pick my car up by Friday, yet again. He tells me sometime next week "again."
I'm still as polite as can be however, my patience is now wearing thin on me. I digest this experience over the weekend. I get more and more frustrated that I have purchased my car over 2 weeks ago and have driven it 3 times. Home, to work, and then back to the dealership two days later. That's it! Now my fun and exciting experience is beginning to become a sour taste in my mouth.
I called Young Chevrolet yesterday and ask to speak with the general manager. I talked to Kory and he was great at listening to my concerns and frankly let me just vent. Afterwards, he told me he would go speak with his finance manager, Roger, and then return my call in 10 to 15 minutes. I did not receive a return call from him. Instead, they had Chase call me back.
Chase proceeds to tell me that my car will not be completed for another 2-3 days. I told him that my patience has worn thin and that I haven't even been offered anything for the inconvenience up to this point. He responded with "We are already doing you a favor for installing the blue tooth chip and regulator..." Hold on, wait a minute!! You're doing me a favor??? This was my response: "No good sir, you are not doing me a favor. You are resolving the issues you have caused with my car. You were supposed to be resolving the mistake you made by installing the blue tooth chip making my car blue tooth compatible because when I asked you if it was, you good sir advised it was. Furthermore, my regulator broke while my car was in your possession getting the windows tinted. Why on earth would I be responsible for that? I am completely confused as to how you would honestly believe you are doing me a favor??? I will have gone three weeks without my new car because your team dropped the ball. I am the one that has been inconvenienced, not you good sir." He then responded stating he will have a general manager return my call.
After disconnecting with Chase, I called back and asked for the general manager to return my call the next day after 5:00 pm MST. It is now "the next day" and it's 5:30 pm. I have yet to receive a call from the general manager of the store.
Excellent Customer Service - Luke Johnson
Sean Carson was very professional and kept my car buying experience easy and pain free. He went out of his way find find a car that was just right for me and my wife. He made sure that we were getting the most bang for our buck and didn't try to pressure us into anything. We also worked with Ryan Sparks on financing and he was very helpful in making sure that things got done in a quick and timely manner.
Awesome dealership - Shalayne Manning
They were so helpful and great to work with. They got us a lower interest rate than what our bank was offering. I love my new impala😊
Impressed by Heritage, no pressure at all - BadFun
Stephen was fantastic to work with. I also worked with Jeff who was equally good.
I put 5 stars but didn't actually buy my truck from them. I will definitely go to them next time. They didn't pressure, just gave me the best price on the truck I could find. They were open to getting me exactly what I wanted rather than trying to force a sale of what they had on the lot, willing to seek out dealer trades etc. They would even order me a truck built as I wanted at the price they offered. Great with questions, patient with answering everything.
In the end I bought another truck simply due to what I found at another dealer in the region. I felt bad telling Stephen I had bought something else I stumbled on. Based on everything I had seen prior, I suspect the delivery and service after the sale would have been equally good.
Go check these guys out.
Very Dishonest & Over Priced on Vehcles! - Harley4Me
My brother went there to purchase a Chevy Silverado. He knew which one he wanted. He had shopped around and online. Needless to say by the end of the day they had pushed him into a Ram 1500? They never kept there word with the out the door price. Added in so many add-ons. Plus trade in on his vehicle they would give him $13 hundred. In the paper work they gave him $500. I caught them in so many lies & Excuses. Telling me his old truck would be sold for Scrap? That's all they would get out of it! Lol. I already new and seem it listed on there website for $6000. Seriously. They then tried to deny it. My brother did not understand what all they had done. Yes he should have just walked out on them. But when there are 5 salesman pushing and pushing a vehicle down your throat? My brother was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease two weeks after? He didn't know all the add ins or what they had done in the contract? . Then put him on a 75 month loan for 8.9% interest. xxxx, for that kind of a deal. He should have been able to buy the Chevy Silverado? As I spoke with the dealership after 2 days. I learned why they pushed him into the Ram. They never had the Silverado he wanted. But on the phone was completely the opposite they had what he was looking for?? They took advantage of the whole situation. Yes my brother should have not gone by himself? I wish I could have gone. If a dealership can take advantage of an individual can tell them one thing and do something else. As for his trade in. I bought it back from them. The same price. 10 days later.... Funny thing they still had the license plates still on it. Salesman (manager) said... It's your Lucky Day? First time in 27 years he forgot to take the plates off a vehicle? Seriously Blow Smoke Up Someone Else's ***! Also they put the Wrong Plates on his New Ram?? We just received the correct plates July 16 2016. We were never notified of nothing for 7 weeks this Ram had the wrong vin. # Plates and Registation which was another individuals. They were a little upset when I told the dealership I took the plates to the DMV? I felt that was the best place to take them? Doug Smith in Spanish Fork Utah. Are a bunch of Dishonest, Liars as well illegal issues. If nothing else I hope this review will get people to think twice before purchasing a vehicle from them. I am Not impressed with Doug Smith at all!! I hope this can save someone else some time and money. There are better places to purchase a vehicle & be treated honestly..
Bad experience and waste of time. - ccrowe11
I brought my Silverado in for an oil change appointment on Friday morning at 7:45. Once I arrived the service adviser notified me that there was a recall to reprogram the transfer case and that it would take 1/2 hour longer. I said that was fine. 10:15 am is when I finally left. Apparently they did the recall and then either forgot about my oil change or putt all other oil changes ahead of mine. After seeing about 3 customers leave before me who all showed up after me I asked if it was almost done. This was at about 9 o'clock and they said they had already completed the reprogramming recall and were just finishing it up the oil change however I continued to wait for over another hour. Not a good experience whatsoever. We had ski passes good for that day up at beaver mountain and I was hoping for a quick lube early in the morning and to be on my way. This pushed our whole day back and feel like I was robbed of my day and money, even though the oil change was covered under my new vehicle maintenance plan. Being a former GM employee and die hard Chevy Fan, I will definitely take my business to other dealers.
SERVICE 10 hopefully i'll get the right price - brookebear
