Chevy Silverado - Paul
Steven and Fernando worked really hard getting everything taken care of for me i'm happy with their help and service. Stephen even drove me offsite to go look at the truck I was interested in.
Excellent Service - Eaglle 1717
I went to another dealership the day before and was thoroughly disappointed, in the salesman, and the overall experience. Darryl Jones was upfront, honest, and came at me straightforward, and that's what i like. In fact when i trade my ford f150 in that's exactly who i will see. Thank you all.
Amazing Experience - Humboldt1975
This dealership was incredible to work with, from start to finish. Located a used vehicle that was exactly what I had been looking for to buy. The car had just been turned-in and wasn't actually in their inventory yet. However, Nathan Morin in sales, went above and beyond to assist me through each step of the way. There was no pressure, fair & honest treatment and they happily addressed every concern I had, prior to signing the purchase papers. Trust me, buying a car has never been more stress-free. I highly recommend Riverton Chevy. Thanks again!
Super fast, easy, friendly people... - Young, Leslie 99

Always my first stop to shop - Deborah
I bought a used Chevrolet for less than blue book price 12 years ago and it never gave me any problems. When the car was serviced, I was quickly in and out and treated well. The salesman treated me so well, that's why I went back to Larry H Miller first to look for a new car, however that particular salesman didn't work at this particular dealership I went to. On Christmas Eve, I bought a brand new car here and got a deal better than the dealership salesman could have purchased it himself. I love my new car. It was exactly what I wanted. This specific car model was on a very new factory recall because of a risk for leaking water into in the trunk during a pressurized car wash but the repair shop went the extra mile, did the recall repair within the hour of purchase so I could drive it home that day. Gary was the salesman and the financing guy worked quickly too.
These guys were amazing to work with the whole way thro the - Hallie
There's not enough words to describe how amazing these guys were with helping me get a vehicle I wanted and needed! I thought there was no way that I would find what I wanted for how much I could afford and actually get qualified! They worked their butts off for me!! I almost cried when they gave me and my kids the keys!! I can never thank you enough Brandon and Chris and Brock for all your hard work!
Sweetly Surprised! - High Country
We wanted to trade in our 2015 Chevy High Country. Went to two dealers previously. The first was a Chevy dealer in another town and had a very nice experience, but just could not find something we liked. The second was a private dealer in St. George, who turned out to be blatently, double dealing and dishonest. We came to Stephen Wade pretty discouraged and not expecting much to happen, but were pleasantly surprised. From the beginning Chase and all the staff were very sweet and attentive with top notch hospitality. The facility at Stephen Wade is beautifully equipped for the customer's comfort and I swear you could eat off the floor. "So Clean"!! We left with huge smiles on our faces and a new truck to drive home. Thank you, everyone for making this the nicest experience!
Very Good Car Buying Experience - C1970
When is the last time you had a good car buying experience? If you are like me it has been awhile. That all change with my recent purchase from Tony Basso Gm. I was searching nationwide for a particular make and model of car. I found one on line at Tony Basso Gm in Price, Utah. I worked with Nick Ori. No high pressure sales. Just plain straight forward information and negotiation. I came away with a car I was looking for and a great buying experience from all the staff at Tony Basso. They even picked me up at the airport. Did I mention I came all the way from Southern California? The trip was well worth it. There is still a place to get small town honest service. Go see Nick Ori at Tony Basso GM.
Amazing Service! - Linda
My Cadillac was having mechanical issues during our stay in Bear Lake. We scheduled a service appointment before heading back home. From the minute I walked through the door I was treated with respect and concern about our situation. I was shuttled to Enterprise Car Rental and provided a rental car for the next 5 hours while my car was repaired. What could have been a huge inconvenience during our vacation turned into very pleasant experience. Highly recommend Axtel-Taylor's GMC Service Department!
Extraordinary effort to make the deal. - Paul Murphy
Karen was a great salesperson and the finance officer did a remarkable job making the deal work. This was one of the quickest and least painful experiences I have had buying a car.
Stay far away.... they are the worst dealer to go to. - Rangerup07
Sadly purchased a truck for my wife from this place. It was a lifted 2015 silverado 1500 ltz. They did the lift kit themselves in their shop. (Which by the way has not even the first clue about 4 wheel drive.) The truck had 17 miles on it, my wife drove to the dealership to get a massive scratch removed. As soon as she pulled into the dealership, the front end of her 50k truck fell. When they took the truck into the shop, at first the "technician" and service manager tried telling me it was normal for that brand of lift kit to fall. Later the dealership admitted they hadn't torqued the bolts to the control arms or steering knuckles. So they shifted and seared off. Quality work right? The young group is terrible especially the chev store.
2017 car and insurance - morei93

Impressed by Heritage, no pressure at all - BadFun
Stephen was fantastic to work with. I also worked with Jeff who was equally good.
I put 5 stars but didn't actually buy my truck from them. I will definitely go to them next time. They didn't pressure, just gave me the best price on the truck I could find. They were open to getting me exactly what I wanted rather than trying to force a sale of what they had on the lot, willing to seek out dealer trades etc. They would even order me a truck built as I wanted at the price they offered. Great with questions, patient with answering everything.
In the end I bought another truck simply due to what I found at another dealer in the region. I felt bad telling Stephen I had bought something else I stumbled on. Based on everything I had seen prior, I suspect the delivery and service after the sale would have been equally good.
Go check these guys out.
Great Experience with Salesman Troy! - Sandy Martin
We bought a new Jeep Trailhawk and are so happy. The entire experience was wonderful and they made the process seem so easy. They went the extra mile to assist with financing. Our salesman spent extra time with us to make sure the bluetooth features were set up and ready to go. I loved how by the time we had signed the papers, the Jeep was sparkling clean, warmed up and waiting for us. Each person that assisted us was professional and kind. I have referred all of my friends and family to Doug Smith because of the great experience we had.
Very poor and rude customer service - Nomorechevys
I feel from the first phone call with Bryan Hymas (in the service department) I was treated rudely and with disregard. When I told him the wires and plugs were covered by an internal recall memo; he blatantly stated there is no internal memo for that! Makes you feel like your being called a liar. I told him I would find it print it and bring it in.-----By the second phone call Bryan admitted there was an internal bulletin but it did not apply to our situation because of carbon buildup.---- the recall also covered PLUGS so…??? (MEMO 10250 for reference)
When we told Bryan that this issue was addressed with a different dealership and should not have gone defective within 5,000 miles he told us that what we're saying was like comparing getting a bad hamburger at one McDonalds and trying to return it to another. Our response is CHEVROLET Chevrolet?---------I spoke with Mr. Morgan who I was told is the Asst. Manager of John Watson Chevrolet
I explained the above distasteful rude treatment by Bryan. The response, I felt like Mr. Watson was condoning that behavior as he never apologized or better yet had Bryan apologize. He seemed to be not phased of Bryan's behavior like it was a normal occurrence and we were just another invoice.------------The real issue is that the plugs and wires should have been fixed with non defective parts the first time. Because they were not this caused the EGR valve to go bad and ended up costing us $700+. Which to us is a lot of mone and groceries.. Mr. Morgan said they would refund us 10% or the equivalent about $63 was refunded of of $735.
We plan on opening a claim and writing in a letter to GM. ------------This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth and makes me feel like I never want o own another Chevrolet, one quick google search will bring up hundreds of pages of customer complaints with the Equinox. I feel like the heartbeat of America has turned into the heartache of America! So disappointed in this dealership!!!! Also as a courtesy even Jiffy lube will fill your tires with air if the inflate light is on, this service department simply ignored it.
Awesome customer service - 19reidshort73
Cameron was hands down the best salesman my wife and I have ever met. His customer service far exceeded what is normally appropriate. He won over a customer for life. Denny Menholt Chevrolet, you have yourself a grade A employee in Cameron.
SERVICE 10 hopefully i'll get the right price - brookebear
