I brought my vehicle into the service center today to get the thermostat replaced which unfortunately is a service that would take approximately two hours to complete. I asked the service adviser at the front desk (I believe his name was Charlie Price) if they had a waiting area where I could sit until the work was finished and he politely showed me to their wonderful waiting area which is stocked with refreshments for their customers to enjoy. As I was about to sit down another employee by the name of Jeff Gallegos walked over and offered to drive me home and then pick me again once the work on my car was finished. I was absolutely amazed by the customer service received today, from the moment I walked in all the way up to the moment I walked out. Not to mention I was completely taken back by the kindness and generosity Jeff showed. In my opinion this what customer service is all about, so I'd like to thank Jeff Gallegos for going above and beyond today. I will definitely come back for my service needs in the future and will make sure that I recommend Performance Ford in Tooele to anyone needing work done. Thank you again Jeff you rock!!

This dealership was incredible to work with, from start to finish. Located a used vehicle that was exactly what I had been looking for to buy. The car had just been turned-in and wasn't actually in their inventory yet. However, Nathan Morin in sales, went above and beyond to assist me through each step of the way. There was no pressure, fair & honest treatment and they happily addressed every concern I had, prior to signing the purchase papers. Trust me, buying a car has never been more stress-free. The people over at Larry H Miller know how to take care of their customers, between getting the car and getting the service done on it is amazing. Russell Baldwinwas my dealer and he was very friendly and was able to get me in a brand new 2016 cruze. The service department is always very helpful as well, I have a hard time remembering all their names but all of them are fantastic. The last time I went in to get an oil change they also noticed a recall on it and was able to get it taken care of it while I was there and they told me it would be about 3 hours. With the oil change, the recall part and they washed it all in an hour and a half. Amazing. They really do know how to take care of customers.

I put 5 stars but didn't actually buy my truck from them. I will definitely go to them next time. They didn't pressure, just gave me the best price on the truck I could find. They were open to getting me exactly what I wanted rather than trying to force a sale of what they had on the lot, willing to seek out dealer trades etc. They would even order me a truck built as I wanted at the price they offered. Great with questions, patient with answering everything.
In the end I bought another truck simply due to what I found at another dealer in the region. I felt bad telling Stephen I had bought something else I stumbled on. Based on everything I had seen prior, I suspect the delivery and service after the sale would have been equally good.

When is the last time you had a good car buying experience? If you are like me it has been awhile. That all change with my recent purchase from Tony Basso Gm. I was searching nationwide for a particular make and model of car. I found one on line at Tony Basso Gm in Price, Utah. I worked with Nick Ori. No high pressure sales. Just plain straight forward information and negotiation. I came away with a car I was looking for and a great buying experience from all the staff at Tony Basso. They even picked me up at the airport. Did I mention I came all the way from Southern California? The trip was well worth it. There is still a place to get small town honest service. My Cadillac was having mechanical issues during our stay in Bear Lake. We scheduled a service appointment before heading back home. From the minute I walked through the door I was treated with respect and concern about our situation. I was shuttled to Enterprise Car Rental and provided a rental car for the next 5 hours while my car was repaired. I've been to quite a few shops in the past for new cars. I even have a brand new Ken Garff facility I could go to that is closer to my house. I choose LHM in Provo simply because they really are the BEST service department I have used in all my years of owning new cars. ALL the service advisors are very knowledgable. They ALWAYS check for any recall notices. All work has been done on time or earlier. When I ask to see my vehicle as it is being serviced, they take me back immediately with no questions asked. It's too bad ALL Chevy service departments are not this well run.

Went in for warranty work, the work was 100% covered by gm, they then tried to explain that it would take 9 hrs of labor to move a cross member on the suspension to get to the warranty covered part charging me $1000. I called Seiners in sandy and they quoted me 1 hour to move the cross member. Either the techs at young are incompetent, or they were trying to rip me off. Needless to say I ran out of that place as fast as I could. (Seiners ended up waiving the 1 hour of labor as a courtesy, which I did not ask for.) Seiners did great! They have a customer for life! Young needs serious overhaul in their management team.

We bought a new Jeep Trailhawk and are so happy. The entire experience was wonderful and they made the process seem so easy. They went the extra mile to assist with financing. Our salesman spent extra time with us to make sure the bluetooth features were set up and ready to go. I loved how by the time we had signed the papers, the Jeep was sparkling clean, warmed up and waiting for us. Each person that assisted us was professional and kind. I have referred all of my friends and family to Doug Smith because of the great experience we had.
Worst service department ever! - Ogden
I spent over $1000 on a recurring problem with my Chevy that the service department ultimately could not fix. After the 4th visit I asked for my money back and they told me no...even spoke with the general manager of the dealership who was zero help. I took my car to a random independent shop and they fixed it for $200. Do not use their service department!!
