I was vacationing in SLC, UT, from Houston, TX, when I stopped by SLV Buick to preview the 2025 Buick Enclave. I had no intention of purchasing the vehicle; my goal was to review the trim and colors. I was transparent about my intentions with Richie Pinto, Sales Consultant. Yet, he was willing to demo the car and answer all my questions. It is all about the Team, their professionalism, and their willingness to make things happen in a non-pressure environment. Hansen motors did a great job for us when we needed an emergecy repair. We were over 400 miles from home on our way to Arizona when our transmission failed. They picked us up on the side of I15 and hauled us to their dealership. They provided a shuttle to a hotel and and were able to check our vehicle out quickly and let us know what repairs were needed, and how long it would take. Then they took us to a rental so we could get back home. Our vehicle has since been repaired and will be there ready for us to pickup when back to Brigham City.

It is refreshing to buy a vehicle from Crump Reese GMC in UT, a business that is transparent, professional, honest and makes things easy for the buyer. After dealing with local dealerships in central Texas, looking to upcharge, change terms and hard-sell, we decided to call Crump Reese which happened to have in inventory the SUV we were looking for. As first-time, out of state buyer, this was the smoothest car buying experience we've had. We received videos and pictures of the car we wanted, processed documents electronically, and received our new car at our home in Texas, having been transported on flat-bed transport truck, just hours after we signed paperwork. Vehicle arrived in beautiful shape and exactly as promised. Our sales person Travis Vandenberg and sales manager Spencer Hanks are great to work with, made everything easy and painless. This dealership had a vehicle listed that has restrictions but there are no restrictions listed on the KSL posting. After back and forth discussion with the dealership they have been incredibly rude and they need to change their description that they will ONLY sell to local people. If they are only going to sell to local people then why are they posting a listing that can be seen by out-of-state customers. The listing is very deceiving and working with the dealership is even more of a challenge. Save you time and money.
