I was 1000 miles from home when my new Ranger Raptor had - Arnold Oberg

I was 1000 miles from home when my new Ranger Raptor had 4x4 issues off-roading in Arches National Park. It was stuck in 4 low and flashing all kinds of warning lights. I was able to drive it in to Performance Ford of Moab and they started looking in to the problem immediately in spite of being short staffed that day. They worked on the problem the rest of that day and into the next. They discovered that Ford had not installed the hold down bracket or bolts securing the range sensor to the transfer case. There was no specific information available from Ford regarding the missing pieces so the techs had to come up with a solution on their own without the proper hardware being available. Their “temporary” fix has worked flawlessly for the 4000 miles we put on the truck to continue our journey and to return home to Alberta. A very sincere thanks to the Tech, Logan Randall and the 2 fellows assisting him and the Service advisor Levi Chadd. You guys have done your dealership, your profession, and your community proud.

Call Salt Lake City Porsche for some parts for the first time out of state. Porsche Parts advisor Douglas Galicia helped me get exactly what I needed. I was given the best customer service I’ve received from a Porsche dealer a very long while. Doug is very knowledgeable and was overall excellent to work with. He went a love and beyond to help me and we chatted about Porsche cars for bit. I can only recommend Doug at Salt Lake City Porsche as he sets the best example of what makes Porsche excellent here in the states. Thanks Doug and I’ll be back!!

Harmon’s auto center is a great place to go for your automobile needs. Everyone who works at the dealership is very helpful and always doing what they can to best fit your needs and get you the best experience possible while buying a car or servicing your vehicle. The service department has always done a great job taking care of me and are very polite and professional. They listen to me and always make sure they understand what needs to be done on my car before servicing it. I have never had any problems with my car after being serviced. Recommended by our local mechanic for unusual electrical issue. Tried to replicate issues but initially could not. Very patient when issues retuned doing additional testing. Unfortunately issue was complex and cost was more than car was worth and also complex. They willingly assisted in helping get rid of vehicle as we live out of town. Everyone was very nice especially salesman that helped me when I had to return car after shop closed.Brian in the shop was very helpful and also very nice as well as receptionist that answers the phone.
