I recently completed the trade assistance process with Volvo and Almartin Volvo to return my 2025 Volvo, which had a recurring problem that 7 trips to the service department could not resolve. At the suggestion of Rob Booska, the service advisor, and Steven LaClaire, the sales manager, I began the process to return my car in exchange for a 2026 model. After 7 weeks i received a new EX90. I couldn’t be happier! Many thanks to Rob, Steven, Quinn Kimball and the rest of the staff at Almartin Volvo.
