Recent Oil chnage on my E320 - satish.sinha.50

I recently got oil chnaged. The price was much higher than other garages (Merchnats/Firestone/White Tire) were offering. But that is understanble this si Mercedes Dealer. My Wiper blade fluid level low warning light was ON before the oil chnage but had gone away after the oil chnage. However after 4 days the light again came back. I complained to the dealership website and they called me immediately apologizing for forgetting to "top off" the washer fluid and I can dsrive by any day to get it topped. My questions are:- 1. If the Washer fluid warning sign had gone away after the oil chnage (for 4 days though) it implies the washer fluid was added but only small quantity enough for warning light to go away. So, their contention they forgot to add the washer fluid is not correct. Besdies, wahser fluid is the cheapest of all the fluids that are to be topped during oil chnage. If they were stingy with it then did they add other fluids enough until next oil chnage? 2. They have asked me to drop by anytime. I am busy as I travel frequently in my profession. I do not have time to go back for adding $3 a gallon wahser fluid. I will help myself filling it at an auto parts shop. [I have never had this issue with local Toyota deler] Just wanted to shre my expeience. The deler ship recntly chnaged the hands / name.

My car was looked at right away. I even got a coupon discount I did not know about! I have a problem walking, so he offered to drive my car to where I was standing so I did not need to walk to the parking lot after my car was ready.

Rico assisted me with a few minor maintenance items on my jetta. The cost was reasonable, the fix was quick, but the personal touch was exceptional. From the greeting to the finish (I waited for the vehicle), Rico was pleasant, personable, and efficient. I highly recommend!

Outstanding Emergency Service - Greengas

A Big Thank You to Sara, Robyn, Wilson, Jason, Phil and Al at Dodd RV in Portsmouth, VA. We have a 2014 Landmark and at the last stop our electric bedroom slide would not move and the front AC shroud was shattered. We finally got the slide in and hit the road heading to Virginia Beach. We found Dodd RV on line an since they were on the way we headed there. We hoped they would have the shroud, but they did not. I did not even dream that they could fit in a service for our slide. We all know how most dealers work, they are scheduled at least a month or two out. But, I figured I would try and while we were there I spoke to one of the RV Techs about the problem we were having with our slide. But Dodd RV not only worked us in, they had 3 techs in our RV within 15 minutes of our arrival. The troubleshot the problem, tried to find a replacement part locally but ended up having to order it. So, long story short, when we leave our current location on Friday, we will drive back to Dodd RV, have our AC shroud replaced and the slide room fixed. It will make for a long day, but that's ok. Hats off to Dodd RV. They have been fantastic. Anyone in the Tidewater area would do well to work with these folks. They truly understand customer service.

We had an unfortunate incident with our travel trailer recently. We had to file an insurance claim and were rather anxious about the entire repair process. Suzanne and the service team at Dodd RV of the Peninsula went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations with our repair and service needs. Additionally on our first trip out this year we were in need of technical advice at our campground destination. We spoke with Crystal in service and she guided us through our troubleshooting methodically and patiently. Crystal and Suzanne are both great assets to Dodd RV and I would recommend anyone needing service to definitely do business with them as they are professional, knowledgeable and very understanding to their customers needs. Bravo!!!
