Beware using their service department. They offer “free” Virginia state inspections with the intent of getting your repair business. After trying to strong-arm me for a not needed repair of $700 and failing my car I will never return there for anything. I immediately took my car to another garage and got it inspected with no issues. I purchased my car there and gave them thousands of dollars in overpriced service work over the years but never again.

I only have my families cars serviced here. The Service Advisor Lynn is awesome at here job. She pays attention to your needs and gets them taken care of the first time. Always courteous and cares about my time. I fully recommend her for all your service needs.

Don Reynolds is a excellent employee at Parrish Ford. We purchased the last two cars from him. When we decide when to get another vehicle it will for sure be through Don Reynolds. Everyone at Parrish Ford treats you like family. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car!!!

Went for a fuse recall and a few days later my tire fell off my car. They stated all they did was the fuses, then back peddled and said they checked by laser,so which is it. I now have a bill for almost $400 and on a fixed income. Thank GOD no one was hurt. Scott the service manager would make a good(?) politician.

Awful experience at the service department. Not first time that had to take vehicle back for them to fix their mistakes. The service manager does not return phone message and is not easy to work with and does not have good customer service skills. They don't want to take accountability for their lack of knowledge on certain vehicles or when they damage part of your vehicle and then try to claim that is the way it is supposed to look.

Don't bring ur auto to get anything done here very poor service. Had the computer update do to rod bearings recall. Very bad service. If u do use this service bring your lunch.
