I visited the service department at the Miller Suzuki dealership for a second opinion, because I didn't trust the first opinion I received from another dealership. The second opinion was not only offered, but fully explained, and demonstrated on the parts that they removed from my car. Because I've had such a good experience thus far, I will return to have the repairs made at this dealership.

I bought my Mini in 2018 and have had the best customer service experiences with them ever since. They perform all of my maintenance as well as repairs and I couldn't be happier. They have never tried to overbill or encourage unnecessary work, and their staff and mechanics know these cars inside and out. Jeff has been my service coordinator for a while and he is always polite and very efficient as well as concerned about making sure I have alternate transport if they need to keep the car. I'll keep going to MINI of Sterling as long as I own this car, and it'll continue on to the next car I buy from them!

Had a veh towed to this dealer with broken window- asked them to cover it as we were to have rain the following week. After 26 days and repeated calls they had not returned insurance adjuster calls and covered the window with a flimsy office-weight plastic bag which blew out and there was water damage to interior and leather seat. No calls returned. Shameful!!
