Wow service every time! - Wendy Golden

What a great, friendly dealership! Every time I take my car here to get serviced, Eric Tarzier has continued to offer customer service that just can't compare. He is always providing great advice and ensures that you are informed. The service team detailed my car(not an easy task for mini van that accommodates three small children). Everyone thought I bought a new car because they couldn't believe it! I brought my car in for an inspection today and I was in and out in no time. Eric took care of everything . Why go anywhere else? Thank you Eric!

When I set my appointment and visited the site for the first time, I felt staff to be talking amongst themselves about personal issues, and I was told to fill out forms that I had already filled out and sent then once those have been located, staff told me they had not checked the email and did not notice. The forms had been returned already. When the staff contacted me about adding additional work, I agreed and then a few minutes later I did reach out to them by email and let them know that I did not want the work completed and then I wasn’t reached until the next day by staff to tell me they did not check the email timely and did not have the information to let them know that I was not looking for that additional work to be done when I asked to speak to the general manager he was very rude and abrupt. He would not listen to my points at all. He continue to cut me off and make his points to say that I need to pay for it no matter what when I picked up my vehicle, I found there to be, some sort of substance on the bumper that was repaired and had to wait for staff to come out and inspect it and remove it so I was not happy with my interaction with this site and I will take the same recommendation

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Almost all of them always have a smile on their face. They explain the things that will be done to my vehicle ahead of time so I'm aware if there will be any charges upon me leaving. One visit my children were showing their age (at the time twins were 3 and a 1 year old) and one of the lady employees brought some coloring books in the lounge to help occupy them. That helped very much! I've been comfortable since day one going there since I purchased my van in 2012. Thank ya'll so much for making my visits a great experience. (I know the car wash was complimentary when I first purchased my van but it would be great if every once in a while it were to be washed for me) :-) Have a great day! Jessica C Sedona Kia :-)

Service is actually garbage. I agreed to replace my battery with them after I was told the battery was going bad, and paid about $200 for it. After returning home, it completely died on me a few weeks later, and I had to jumpstart it to bring it back. I explained it was faulty. They charged me another $200 for “diagnostics” and told me I must’ve left a light on or something (I didn’t) and that it magically recharged in the time I spent driving it to them. I came to pick it up today after paying that, only to walk out and see that my car once again wouldn’t start. And I guarantee you they won’t refund me for this. Absolutely insane. First I buy a faulty battery with them, they charge me for diagnostics on their own faulty battery & lie to me saying it’s fine, and I still don’t have my vehicle because it’s dead in their parking lot. Thanks a lot!
