I purchased an Outlander Sport Oct. 1, 2020.A problem aroused while attempting to issue my permanent tags. DMV had put a hold on that request. Next morning I called dmv but could only leave message or request an appointment. When I was at my wit's end I found results after speaking to Jenise. She was able to calmed me and made suggestions as to whom I might contact. I followed her advice and problem solved. As I have said before Little Joe's team is amazing, very helpful, professional and helpful. Thank you Jenise for all your help.

In particular, BRIAN KENNEDY as my service advisor has been outstanding in reviewing the entire car, focusing on safety and performance and ensuring that the work is performed at a reasonable cost. Had the BEST experience here yesterday! Came in to drop off my baby for new tires. Sat down with RHUDY BOTBOL who discovered my appointment wasn't in the system for some reason. Not to worry though, he took care of it all ASAP to include getting me a fabulous loaner! Got a call when it was ready and the loaner handoff was a breeze. Paid for the tires/service, chatted with Rhudy for a bit (super nice guy), grabbed my car and told him I'd be back. Great first experience here! 😄

I was given a beautiful loaner car while the repair was being completed and updated consistently regarding the progress and expected completion of the work performed. I brought my car in for the 100,000 mile AC service. When I left, I felt very cold even with the settings in the same position I had left them! I realized I had to keep turning the settings down because it was very cool air. The technician did a wonderful job, I just wished I had asked for his/her name. I am going to from now on! Working with Waylon is always such a pleasure!!! Even behind the mask, you can see the great smile. I trust him which I have only said of one other service representative in my 50 years of owning a car. Thank you!
