I get my 2005 Honda crv serviced at your dealer and have for the 15 years I have lived in crozet virginia. David Sloan has been is my service writer and he has done an amazing job all these years. He is always so helpful and takes the time with me for advice on what my car needs. Yesterday I stopped in with no appointment and he took time to check my oil level and replace my batteries in on my keys. Hes so knowledgeable and helpful. Just wanted to give him the great review he deserves. Hes amazing!!!

Flow Toyota is fortunate to have Leslee Parsons on their staff. Not only gave we purchased a vehicle from her, we drive 75 miles from Fredericksburg to have our car serviced at your dealership. This past week Leslee was able to coordinate body repairs and painting of our 2022 Highlander with two different Flow Vendors. Because of her it was seamless and the work amazing. She also went above and beyond to arrange a loaner car.. she did in 24 hours what could have resulted in multiple visits. Thank you Leslee and Flow Toyota!

Very unhappy. My Vehicle wasnt starting. They said it was the computer. Which was weird. Ordered ine for $800 then said it didnt work. Then ordered one for $1000. We called and told them there was a recall on the clutch switch and they wouldnt fix it cuz they werent comfortable. Said we HAD to pay for the computer that wasnt even being shipped yet. Also told us it would be $1200 after they put it in, maybe a little more. Told them to keep it in that price range. 2 freaking months later they call and say the bill is $1500 and it still isnt running right and we need to pay for it or they will start charging a storage fee after 48 hrs knowing I have financial restraints. They are very unprofessional and i am very disappointed. Now I have to try and figure out how to get my vehicle back and pay this fat bill even though i never signed anything saying they can go above that limit. I will make sure no one i know ever goes here! This is just the beginning of my reviews on this place.
