On my way between Montreal and Florida, my jeep experienced bad misfires on the 95 near Washington. I managed to go to Ourisman's in Woodbridge and John Davitt took care of us very professionally. Once the diagnosis was made (very quickly), he worked hard to get us back on the road as soon as possible so that we could enjoy our family vacation. Simply the best! Thank you, John!

I brought my car in for the 100,000 mile AC service. When I left, I felt very cold even with the settings in the same position I had left them! I realized I had to keep turning the settings down because it was very cool air. The technician did a wonderful job, I just wished I had asked for his/her name. I am going to from now on! Working with Waylon is always such a pleasure!!! Even behind the mask, you can see the great smile. I trust him which I have only said of one other service representative in my 50 years of owning a car. Thank you!

Drive axle was broken, warranty thank goodness, parts were order the following Monday. When part got to them, my vehicle was fix and I was on my way. Paul and everyone I spoke with were great.
