I’ve bought tons of cars and as a woman, I’m always worried I’m not getting a fair deal but Bob Kemp was amazing!!!! He was so laid-back and there was zero pressure. He showed me a breakdown of all the costs and explain them and even print it out the same car with an F 50 or 60 mile radius and that they had the number one price. Highly recommend colonial Nissan. It’s our second purchase from them. Go see Bob Kemp!!

Nice people, very friendly and honest especially owner of the dealership he was very upfront and told me if there was any problems with the vehicle and top of that they have posted carfax report on there website for each vehicle they selling so the customer can see them. I will recommend everyone who is in market for used vehicle try them before going anywhere else.

I have been looking around for a while now, for a reasonable and affordable car. Every dealership tried to push cars that were just too much for me, cost wise. It's a good thing I didn't buy with them, because I found the right car for me at D&S. They were able to work around my credit and give me the best deal. They are very friendly and down to earth.

The person, Mike, was not upfront about the condition of the vehicle. The controls on the console were inoperable. There was no way to control the radio, suspension, etc. There was no way of knowing if the cd player worked. We traveled for three (3) hours to purchase the 2008 Audi A8L. There was damage to the paint on the hood that does not show up in any pictures on their site. I was very disappointed in the integrity of the salesperson and the condition of the vehicle.

Can't give 0 Stars. Should have known when it took 2 weeks for them to inspect the car it was a bad decision. Was told that the headlights were replaced which is why it took so long. After 30 days, headlights go out and I'm now told $5k to fix, due to the rigged up job. Dealership told me that vehicle should have never passed inspection. Have left voicemails with no call backs. That was just the most recent thing. After owning the car for 2 days the timing chain broke. Gave that a pass of just bad luck. But similar, no call back from dealer. This place is selling cars they have no intention on standing behind. BEWARE!!!

Overall, we were very satisfied with our used car buying experience at eTrade Auto Sales! The dealership is not fancy and it’s hard to find a place to park, but we got a fantastic price on a 2013 Toyota with low miles. We were appreciative and impressed that the salesman Ali authorized the service team to perform all the little fixes that we requested. The process of getting the paperwork finished to buy our car (through the USAA buying program) was very smooth and unstressful. Alex also gave us great customer service and made sure we were completely satisfied. Our Maryland tags took a little longer to be mailed to us than we’d hoped, but we are thrilled with our new ride and we highly recommend eTrade Auto Sales.

They took a $1000 deposit to hold the car so they could fix the list of things prior to taking delivery. A week later when I go to pick the car they sold the car to someone else a day before. They made more money on the sale as they admitted, but didn't bother to let me know the car was gone. In addition they had already cashed my check the next day after I gave it to them. The entire dealership is a bunch of crooks and liars, they have no business ethics whatsoever. If you're an educated consumer please never bother to visit the dealership ever!!

After having owned my vehicle for less than two months there was a major malfunction of the brake system which the Warranty refused to cover and which the dealer refused to acknowledge or accept any responsibility for. The long and the short of it is that after spending $19,000 on a "certified" vehicle I had to fork out another $1,250 in repairs after only six weeks and 1500 miles. The shop owner/manager's attitude the entire time was one of deflection and disavowal of any wrongdoing. The original purchase process was not much better as they were unwavering on the listed sale price even though I was essentially paying cash. Agreed upon items to be taken care of at time of purchase were not properly addressed, including "floor mats" in which the dealer obviously provided the cheapest aftermarket mats they could get their hands on. The only "positive" is that after all of this they cut me a check for $65 so I could go have a second key made at my local dealer.
