Communication was excellent; the assessment included detailed printed information (what covered, specifications) and supporting video assessment. The work was completed in the time estimated. We are the original owners of two Toyota vehicles, 100% dealer maintained well beyond the warranty periods. The performance and milage are the same as when purchased. Thank you to Toyota for thoughtful design and the support of a professional mechanical team. We continue to enjoy the quality materials, comfort, utility, reliability, and safety of our vehicles.

Scheduled for a recall. Given a 1 hour by the GMC rep who Scheduled it. Sat for 40 mins and went outside for some air. Walked around the building to hear my horn honking. Worker opened the door and I asked if he was just then bringing it in. He stated he just got the ticket! Said it would be another half hour. Sat again for 45 minutes and went back outside to see my car sitting with the keys in it and a bunch of employees just yapping. Walked up and told him the keys were in it and I was leaving! One message texted to me when I arrived and none after! Would not recommend to anyone I know! I have a trusted mechanic and only went for the recall! Something caused by the manufacturer and not me! Should have been bending over backwards for that! Left so mad and told have a nice day!

Going to Lee Johnson Kia has always been a pleasure. They greeted me upon arriving. They checked me in and the waiting room is well equipped with coffee, tea etc. The TV is running and interesting to watch while waiting for word about my car. There is a restaurant just a few doors away, but I didn't go to it this time. When the work was done on my car I was pleasantly surprised to find they had also washed and vacuumed the car. I brought my car in for a recall inspection. I received excellent service from Caitlin, free coffee and a ride home. The inspection and repairs took two days and my car was delivered to my house on the third day. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for vehicle service!

I've taken my vehicle here twice and have had good experiences with the service reps and the work performed. However, my most recent experience was for routine maintenance including an oil change and filter replacements, which cost over $1000. I feel ripped off. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere unless it requires work by a dealership. Additionally, the dealership recently started pressuring me to submit perfect surveys, and even offered incentives, which has eroded my trust in the dealership.
