Do not expect much if you plan to take your new Ford for service. They have limited capabilities and each time I go they quote " we are a commercial truck center and can only offer basic service"

We recently had an oil change appointment that we schduled just before their closing time. Our truck blew a hose on the freeway so we had to limp on in to the dealership. We were about 20 minutes late and they had already locked up. The guys saw us outside and reopened the service area to take care of us. Not only did they change the oil but fixed the hose that we had blown on the way in. The guys were friendly and seemed glad they could take care of us. We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. One brand new, Scion and one a year old, Ford F350. Both times we received excellent service. We live in Olympia and have the option of choosing a dealership closer to our home but we would rather make the drive to Chehalis and be guaranteed the best service!

If I owned a Jaguar or Land Rover I would be careful - Undisclosed

If I owned a Jaguar or Land Rover I would be careful about letting them order parts for my car/SUV. I have a recurring problem with their parts department. About every 15-18 months someone from the parts department calls me about 'my parts' that have arrived. BUUUUT, I don't even have a Jaguar or Land Rover! Apparently, there's a serious disconnect between their parts department and whoever updates their customer database. It looks like I get to TRY to get my number (that I have had for the past 27 years) out of their database again.
