I came in to get my radiator hose replaced and they quoted me thousands of dollars worth of work. Five things that had to be addressed which I chose two of and then come to find out,they didn't have the part to fix my radiator hose after the work had already been started. The most disappointing part of this was the employee's response to my frustration. He could have cared less. I bought my last three vehicles from this dealership and this is what I have to say. I'm going to buy my next one somewhere else , your loss. Here's a suggestion from somebody who's been in customer service all of his life. The customer is the most important person and if you don't make them that, your business won't survive. Good luck with your new ownership and your sub product and lack of service.
