Terrible - Disappointed
Salesman made lots of promise's but has not followed through with any. Supposed to get the battery replaced but has not. Supposed to receive a free first oil change but they're never available. Only got one key for the vehicle I purchased and it doesn't work on all the locks and it's broken so it won't stay on a ring. They bent me over and on this purchase

Terrible service department. Took car in for engine problem. They replaced sensor. Got it home and car had same fault. Took it back and was charged $250 with no effort to fix problem.

Its great until you bring your vehicle there for repairs. Our Dodge Ram has been sitting there for NINE MONTHS! 9 months and barely any communication! I was patient for the first SIX months, I am no longer patient. We begged for communication so we could at least know what was going on! It is sitting with part of the motor on the front seat with DUST! I am angry and I will be contacting a lawyer! I would give negative stars if I could. This is beyond horrible customer service.

Do not recommend using the service department! We had a coupon and decided to try having the oil changed there. We booked an appointment for 10 am. They were great and let us drop off our vehicle the night before. Well 3pm rolls around and no word yet in the car being done. We called and the guy didn’t know and says he will call back…. 45 mins later we call again and he still didn’t know. Lucky he did find out it was done. Go in to get the car and give the coupon we had mentioned and they refused to take it! They do have a sign posted below where you stand to check out but the coupon does not say it won’t be honored at some locations! Absolutely awful experience and now we are out more money than expected. Heck the coupon even says it’s for Yakima but they won’t take them!

I just gave 2 star when I first went for diagnostic of my car this is because of misunderstanding but when I came back and explained, to me everything, I found out that Riz Cornel is an excellent Service Advisor. He did very well in coordinating with the technician who fixed the problem of my car. I am very happy with result of the service given to my car. Thanks a lot for the wonderful job and it it greatly appreciated
