The customer service here is terrible. They had my car for NINE months and I got little or no communication along the way. I was getting a new engine put in because mine blew. I had an extended warranty, and it took a long time for Hyundai USA to ok it. I get that part, I get that it can take a long time dealing with corporations, but the communication was awful. No one seemed to care. The turn over rate is high, there are different employees every time I came in, including managers. I had a series of other problems and received the same crappy service. And on top of it, they never had any loaner cars available, which is very inconvenient when they have your car for a long time,
I'll NEVER buy from this dealership again. If you want to buy a Hyundai, go to Seattle or Everett. They have much better customer care.
