My Mazda CX-5 started having issues that I had been in for the previous week. I was panicking because I was due to go out of town for my niece’s wedding the next day. They had me bring my car in, but the service department was totally booked, and there was no way they could diagnose and fix it in time. Eric got me set up with a loaner, and I won’t miss my niece’s wedding. Mazda of Everett went above and beyond to make it right. They are a small dealership, but they are mighty!!!!! I’ve been buying trucks from Mccords since 2000 and I get a new one about every 4 to 5 years for my business and have had nothing but top notch service whether it’s an oil change or something bigger Richard in service has always gone above and beyond in his friendliness or hunting for a part I need I send all my family members here 1 st when they are looking for a car or truck and Vonya tge service manager is head and shoulders above any person in her position I have ever worked with she takes the time to come out and say hello make sure you had a great experience and makes u feel like your part of the family I won’t go anywhere else I’m on my 5 truck 3 jeeps for my wife and all 4 of my kids have bought rigs from them you always here about bad interactions which if u run a large company you can’t please everyone but in my opinion these folks are the cream of the crop and wanted to let them know how much I appreciate all there hard work for the Hass family

This time I had a good experience. My Sonic had unexpected recalls and wasn't reliable and safe. Maggie was professional and friendly. She showed me several cars and options. I told her what I could afford and what I was looking for in a car. I am sad that I couldn't keep my Sonic. I love my Pearl. From the book of Isaiah "a crown of beauty instead of ashes," so my Nissan Rouge has the name "Beauty". I am still getting used to a larger car.
