transmission in our vehicle went out, it took over six months to get the parts, due to the incredibly slow manufacturers who are still attempting to catch from the "covid" years. Anyway while the vehicle was there I was loaned a car, the service department (Ray was our service rep) made regular checks on the parts required, kept us up to date dealt with Zurich insurance because we purchased their extended warranty and dealt with all their requests along with dealing with Chrysler Customer Service, whom I had called due to the FACT that Dwayne Layne accepted our vehicle then was not just rude but downright "xxx"inine to us (PS do not take a vehicle there) and then were able to locate KarMart, which we will be going to for all our vehicles needs, and more than likely will be purchasing a vehicle from there in the future. Honestly cannot express out gratitude or our satisfaction enough

Going to Lee Johnson Kia has always been a pleasure. They greeted me upon arriving. They checked me in and the waiting room is well equipped with coffee, tea etc. The TV is running and interesting to watch while waiting for word about my car. There is a restaurant just a few doors away, but I didn't go to it this time. When the work was done on my car I was pleasantly surprised to find they had also washed and vacuumed the car. I have a 2024 Tacoma that I bought at another dealership. Swickard is close to where I live now. They are like a well oiled machine in their service department. Easy to get appointments No waiting to get checked in. Their waiting area is super comfortable with good wifi connectivity and charging stations. Great espresso machine and snacks. Truck was done on time with a debriefing of what they did. Khing was my service rep. He was great!
