transmission in our vehicle went out, it took over six months to get the parts, due to the incredibly slow manufacturers who are still attempting to catch from the "covid" years. Anyway while the vehicle was there I was loaned a car, the service department (Ray was our service rep) made regular checks on the parts required, kept us up to date dealt with Zurich insurance because we purchased their extended warranty and dealt with all their requests along with dealing with Chrysler Customer Service, whom I had called due to the FACT that Dwayne Layne accepted our vehicle then was not just rude but downright "xxx"inine to us (PS do not take a vehicle there) and then were able to locate KarMart, which we will be going to for all our vehicles needs, and more than likely will be purchasing a vehicle from there in the future. Honestly cannot express out gratitude or our satisfaction enough

Service at BMW Lynnwood was friendly and professional. Treated me with respect. Facility was spotless, waiting room was stocked with goodies and comfortable for my two hour wait. Shuttle was available to local shopping, although I opted to wait, it was comfortable and Wi-Fi was available. Was in for a simple oil change and brake fluid flush, they provided a video of the service check and washed my car. Also changed my key fob battery. Very thorough service. In this world of crappy customer service, it was a very pleasant experience.

Fast, courteous and easy. Not much more to say, simple and straight to the point. I travel past 2 other Dodge/Jeep dealerships and 20 miles to get to Tacoma Dodge for a reason.

We have had our Mazda cx50 turbo for one year and 4 - jeannieaddeanne

We have had our Mazda cx50 turbo for one year and 4 months. In the first three months there was a tear on the side of the drivers seat and we were told at that time it was a defect in the material and in fact there are 1000's of people on line with the issue. Now a year and 4 months same tear same place on the passenger side front seat. The Manager calls me and tells me that I caused that tear and it would not be covered. I told her that was xx and she told me that if I continued to cuss at her she would hang up on me. I told her she needed to learn customer service. The Service Manger then told me I had 48 hours to return the loaner car or she would start charging me 250.00 per day to my card. This is a known defect there are people all over. I am so sad because our experience in purchasing the car was so good we were planning on taking our son back up to Allan Webb to purchase his own new Mazda from them. At this point I want to trade in the car and never do business with them again. I was upset no doubt at the Manager who would not be? S he called me guns blazing because she did not want to have to pay to have that seat recovered. I paid 45k for that car and if I had known I would be treated like this I would have never bought it. The same week someone hit our car door with a shopping cart and we are in the middle of dealing with that and to be treated so poorly by a dealership I had so much respect for is really disappointing.
