John was great to work with. He knew I was on a budget and he was honest with me and told me what could wait until I had more funds and what needed to get done right away. He was also nice enough to help out with what I thought was going to be an expensive fix. I had an area where the seam was coming apart from the back seat and into the front. He was able to mess with it to get it lined back up the way it should be.

Professional, trustworthy, and courteous! The entire staff was very friendly without ever being pushy. We bought a used car from Eduardo at a fair price and could not be happier! Our new car is amazing! We drove it home from Kirkland to Wenatchee and didn't experience a single issue. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership!

Had my Elantra in for service and was getting a noise. Nate greeted me right away and I felt like he really cared about what was going on with my car. He had a technician ride with me to hear the noise and they got it fixed right away. They even washed and vacuumed the car when it was all done!!! Best Service Experience I've had!
