I have been a Volvo driver for over ten years, and had found a Mazda6 that made me want to make the switch. I came onto the lot, with it in my mind that this test drive was to prove to myself, I wanted the Mazda. Feras Abou-Zaki and I had chatted on the phone regarding my price range, what I was looking for in a vehicle and my interest in test driving a used 2014 S60.
Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile and firm hand shake by Feras. After offering me refreshments, we sat down and recapped our phone conversation. He kindly explained pricing on the 2014 I had been looking at, and an estimation of what my total amount financed would end up being. It made perfect sense after he provided me with additional information – I would need to spend more than desired on this car. To my surprise, he had really done his homework – he found a 2012 S60 that looked identical to the vehicle I was interested in and had it pulled up and ready for a test drive. I actually had fun on the test drive! Feras shared information about the vehicle, while getting to know me as well. I felt like he genuinely cared, as opposed to just trying to sell me a car.
After the test drive, he inquired about questions and concerns rather than jumping into pricing. At this point, I was super excited about the car and wanted to talk numbers. Feras presented me with pricing information on the 2012 and the 2014 which painted a clearer picture, of what made the most sense for me. I wanted to let this information marinate and really take time in making my decision. Feras offered to let me take the vehicle overnight, and never once made me feel pressured to buy the car right then.
I had decided this was the car for me and returned to Sandberg the next day. You cannot beat a perfect car at a perfect price. The whole Volvo crew (Feras, Winston, and the finance gentleman) really went above and beyond for me. The team made me feel like a VIP customer, even though I wasn’t buying the most expensive car on the lot. I walked away feeling great about my purchase, and even better about the deal. Special thanks to Feras, if it wasn't for him I probably would have bought the Mazda. Thank you so much!

We were in a severe accident in 2012 and while I was in the hospital my husband needed a car to immediately replace my demolished one that I happily purchased from Volkswagen Auburn :) He picked Volvo because of the safety ratings, but it was the ease of transaction that left us so very thankful and happy with his purchase. It was a devastating time and this Volvo dealership really stepped up to help us out for our extraordinary circumstance. To add, every time I went in for service the team was fast and courteous. Highly recommend.

Outstanding is the best way to describe the service I received from Cody in the sales team to James in finance. They have definitely got all my future business and I would recommend them to everyone I know.
Although I will be the first to admit that the sales guy that I initially got in touch with almost put me off going there all together.
I had spent a long time searching for the car I wanted through many different dealers, I found one at Autonation Volvo, reached out to them through the online chat feature, a sales man emailed me and told me the vehicle was in the shop for receiving inspection and wouldn't be available for viewing for a couple of days and asked him to let me know as soon as it was ready. Anyway a few days past and I called the branch (spoke with Cody in Sales) to find the status of the vehicle, only to be informed that someone had put a reserve on the it and since purchased. I was very frustrated to say the least, the sales guy I spoke with initially never told me about this "reserve feature" or that the vehice had been sold. At this point I was not going to give Autonation my business. A couple of weeks past and they had another vehicle in that was really nice, I reluctantly reached out to Cody (second sales guy, the really helpful one) and expressed my interest he explained the reserve feature, which I promptly did as to not miss out a second time. Drove the car and loved it.
Now comes the fun finance part, we all love the hours sat in the dealers going over this part don't we. So I explained what I was looking to pay, Cody came back with numbers that scared me and honestly weren't going to work for me. Then came the inevitable meeting with the finance manager (James), he was great, no pressure got me numbers I was really happy with and worked for my budget. Drove the car home within 4 hours of arriving there, complete with a full tank of gas.
Within a couple of days I had some issues with the car, the car was sold "AS IS" no warranty, but they had me take to the BMW dealership. Honestly to my shock they fixed everything without any questions. They got me a rental car and even detailed my car and refilled the gas tank again.
In short, if you are looking to buy a car, new or used, go to Autonation Volvo, ask for Cody and get James to do the numbers. No pain, no drama, no pressure, just genuine nice people that actually care about the customer.
They can even get you a car from the other local Autonation dealers.

Worst car shopping experience in all aspects... - jessijean
Didn't even feel comfortable purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership let alone wanting to pay full price during a sales event. No sales found, no competent sales person, no working used cars and yet I paid 13,000.00 from this dealership for a vehicle that stopped working a month later!
This is what I get for wanting to feel safe because I am a single mom with a child.
I'd rather deal with the IRS ~ or get all my teeth pull at the same time without any pain meds.
