Awful and would not recommend. The service department does not want to fix anything when it is still under warranty. They say nothing is wrong even though the car is shaking when driving and the transmission is slipping. They want to wait until it is no longer under warranty and I have to pay everything myself to fix. Got their licenses from a cracker jack box. Do not go there.

Jason was a great salesman. He treated me really good. But that is where the good stopped. They sold me a $90 thousand dolllar 2023 Yukon that had the bad 6.2 engine. I traded for a ‘$46000 dollar ‘26 Terrain, after driving it 100 miles, it wobbled so bad it was hard to keep in your lane. They put axles on it and said it was fixed. It was not fixed. Jason Moses or The GM had NO REMORSE at all for selling me two bad GMC’s they did not care that I lost $22,000 with them in 18 months time. They did nothing to help me heal up from my loss. I would NOT recommend them at all.

Each person provided attention to my specific company vehicle needs and they went out of their way to find the perfect work truck for my company. The financing and paperwork component of the experience with quick and easy and all the paperwork was ready for me when I arrived to pick up the truck. They even offered to deliver the truck to me. I bought a car at Premier in Granville, WV. I was in an accident and had the car repaired at a local body shop. unfortunately there was an electronic issue after and called Premier to get it repaired, I was told by Premier to return it to the body shop. A friend Suggest I contact Astro @ Exit 132 Buick GMC, I did and they made an appointment for me within the next couple of days, they realized it could be a safety issue. they evaluated the car, called me at work and advised of the issue and order the part immediately. Within two days, my car was repaired, it is working again and It is safe for me to drive. Thank you Astro @ Exit 132 Buick GMC, for the repairs, quick and friendly service, taking the worry away from me. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

I took my 2024 GMC Yukon XL AT4 6. - craigemoore84

I took my 2024 GMC Yukon XL AT4 6.2 L V8 for a recall service. The recall was completed. Then, my vehicle has had low oil 2 times due to heavy consumption on minimal mileage. The vehicle has also had a warranty service appoint for the check engine light (cam shaft re-learn). I requested an oil consumption test due to my vehicle be low on oil multiple times on minimal mileage. The service was completed whereas I was not fully aware I had to pay up front for the oil consumption test out of pocket. I showed up to get my vehicle without payment and left. I returned a future day to get the vehicle and disputed the bill with the service department. I left my vehicle under the dispute and requested my complaint go to the GM and owner. The service manager followed up with me and advised the owner and the GM require the bill to be paid. I paid the bill in full under dispute, refused to sign the paperwork for the bill, and picked my vehicle up. I hope the dealership will honor the service I paid for when I return in 2,000 miles. I do not have faith in this dealership. I feel they would have treated me better if I bought the vehicle from them. I tried, but they could not get the vehicle I wanted. I only bring my GMC for service to Dan Cava GMC. I have no intentions of ever supporting this dealership without a remedy.
