I don't know where to start. This was my 18th car that I've purchased in my life and this was BY FAR the best buying experience EVER. Josh Staggs was my salesman and he was amazing and made everything seamless. I live in TN, so they had to deliver it to me, so I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Joe and his Wife Debbie. They are 2 wonderful people and it was so nice meeting them.... Needless to say, I have found my dealership for life. Thanks guys!!!!

Awful and would not recommend. The service department does not want to fix anything when it is still under warranty. They say nothing is wrong even though the car is shaking when driving and the transmission is slipping. They want to wait until it is no longer under warranty and I have to pay everything myself to fix. Got their licenses from a cracker jack box. Do not go there.

Jason was a great salesman. He treated me really good. But that is where the good stopped. They sold me a $90 thousand dolllar 2023 Yukon that had the bad 6.2 engine. I traded for a ‘$46000 dollar ‘26 Terrain, after driving it 100 miles, it wobbled so bad it was hard to keep in your lane. They put axles on it and said it was fixed. It was not fixed. Jason Moses or The GM had NO REMORSE at all for selling me two bad GMC’s they did not care that I lost $22,000 with them in 18 months time. They did nothing to help me heal up from my loss. I would NOT recommend them at all.

Each person provided attention to my specific company vehicle needs and they went out of their way to find the perfect work truck for my company. The financing and paperwork component of the experience with quick and easy and all the paperwork was ready for me when I arrived to pick up the truck. They even offered to deliver the truck to me. I had a great experience and I am grateful to the Thornhill team!

I bought a car at Premier in Granville, WV. I was in an accident and had the car repaired at a local body shop. unfortunately there was an electronic issue after and called Premier to get it repaired, I was told by Premier to return it to the body shop. A friend Suggest I contact Astro @ Exit 132 Buick GMC, I did and they made an appointment for me within the next couple of days, they realized it could be a safety issue. they evaluated the car, called me at work and advised of the issue and order the part immediately. Within two days, my car was repaired, it is working again and It is safe for me to drive.
