The dealership is great. Everyone there is friendly and wants to make sure you’re taken care of. The sales manager even remembered me from my last purchase, which really shows their attention to detail. What stood out the most, though, was Jadeyn himself. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth. The vehicle I bought had just come in as a trade-in and hadn’t been cleaned or detailed yet. After the transaction was completed, it was still being detailed, and to help get me on the road, Jadeyn actually jumped in to lend a hand to the person cleaning the vehicle. I’ve never seen that before—it really showed how much he cared and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. He even followed up a couple of days later, which was a nice touch. You don’t see that level of customer care often, and it made me feel valued rather than just another number.

Salesman Joe and Business Manager Randy were excellent. Understanding it’s impossible to request a hold of a new vehicle, we travelled the 3 hours there hoping a Ridgeline was available still. Accommodating our tight schedule and understanding the travel, these two gentlemen along with desk staff and service staff made the purchase a pleasure. Thanks everyone that helped us out during the busy holiday weekend!

I purchased 4 vehicles from them the last 20 years. Now they have been bought out by Lynch. But would think the place in Glendale would be the same. I normally do my own maintenance but they talked me into the Pre-Paid maintenance plan because of their Warranty for Ever program. Not only did they strip out all my lug nuts while rotating my tires (using the wrong size socket) but I also found my oil filter leaking twice as it wasn't tightened all the way. They also over tightened the body cover stripping all the plastic screws as well. Granted, this was all done in their quick lube. Than when they were bought out by Lynch, they offered me $80 to cancel my pre paid maintenance when I had 4 oil changes and 8 tire rotations left totalling over $400, A mere fraction of what was really owed to me. What a scam, stay away from AMATO
