Here how it is my son bought this van 6 months ago I was not keen on the van alot stuff they did not fix from start then they put tires & oil change & played with plugin that was hanging low they cleaned up supposely. When they got home radio quit they did not fix one bad window & van stopping for no reason & none of these problems existed before. When sons wife van killed at gas station she had to walk I spent 2 hours trying to get granite in to come down or suggest whats wrong. They play the card I did do nothing & I know nothing so ended up calling tow truck to tow a mile. I will not recommend any person for car or service I will my barn & road frontage to worn the public.

Took my vehicle in for service of a coolant leak, replaced parts that didn't need replaced. Then told me i needed a new engine after the car sat at their shop for a week. I wat a small leak in water pump. That's the problem with dealers these days, they have technicians, not mechanics. They wanted $8000 to $11000 to fix my car. Had it done for $350.

Quality service, the service department has a friendly staff. The repairs were made in a reasonable time. The parts department found the parts I need for my Ford even though this a GM dealership

I bought a car from another dealership. Check engine light came on 2nd day. After their apathy, I brought it to Gustman Subaru- the service department was stellar. Thorough, kind, punctual! You guys have my business going forward.

My review was was poor of the Customer Service and the treatment I suffered there. They did not repair my car properly and caused a major engine breakdown, than even after I had the engine replace for $3000.00 my car still died and it was towed back twice and they claimed they couldn't find anything wrong with my car. Each time I brought it back I paid a bill. The Service Manager is a liar and dishonest adn the Serve Writer Seam was extremly rude. Losers who work there and the Mechanics don't know what they are looking at. I had several 2nd opinions and they all said these problems should have been caught the first time. I ahve a dead car a week after I picked up my car and they are ignoring me and refusing to even call me back. My car is now at another shop.
