Took our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a transmission - Bill B

Took our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a transmission issue, which was determined to be a failure requiring a replacement transmission under warranty. While we were disappointed with the news, they were thorough in their customer service at the beginning, middle, and end of the process which took about three weeks to source parts and complete the work. A complementary loaner was provided. We purchased the Jeep there in 2019 and with this issue they took care of, and other visits there, I have confidence in their abilities and their genuine interest in doing all that is possible to ensure their customers return whether for maintenance or for a new/used vehicle when the time comes. It took 2 * calling and asking them to order the specific trailer hitch and wiring for my car to get the hitch. But they did not order the wiring. So it took 2 days to install all of this. I'm sure the installation went fine and a couple other things they did to my Ford Flex went well. But I was really discouraged that I had to call twice to get the ordering done and they still didn't order one of the items.
