Dropped off my truck for engine tick , truck was diagnosed on day one . Parts had to be ordered and they said they will call me when parts come in . Two months later still no word on parts . Took my truck to there competition in waukesha and they had my truck diagnosed and fixed in one day . Ewald service department is a joke . Just know that you can take your warranty work to another dealership.

Their service department keeps calling me about a car I no longer own, multiple times a day, and if you hang up they call right back with another robocall. It's borderline harassment. Worse than a dodgy Indian call center. I ended up having to block their number it was so bad.

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in over 35 years of buying vehicles (and over 25 vehicles). The only reason I made the purchase is they had the exact car I wanted. But their service is horrific. Every time we make an appointment and even confirmed the service - they fail to deliver. Either they do not have the appointment in their system, or they continually reschedule. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend is close by and FAR better.
