I don’t think anyone looks forward to taking their car in for repairs. That being said, I went out to start my car this morning and it was dead. I put it on a charger and called Appleton Motorcars And had the pleasure of talking to a gentleman named George. He said as soon as I got the car started I should bring it in or if I couldn’t get it started call him back and he would come out and jump start it for me. I did get it started and they fixed it ASAP thank goodness it just needed a new battery. A gentleman named Troy Took care of that and I had the car back and was at home in no time. I have had repairs done there before and as far as I am concerned will always have any repairs I need done there. Fast service, friendly people, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. I was told by an oil change outfit that my beloved Ford Taurus was leaking transmission fluid. The staff and mechanics at Bergstrom found the real problem and it was repaired promptly. Mr Chris, Ms Nicole and Ms Alicia were great. ….. from now on I am only taking my Ford Taurus to Bergstrom Thank you all
