When I had a problem with my car, under warranty, Ray refused to fix it for ten days because I didn't purchase my car there! I guess VW does not care about how Ray Powders treats his potential customers in Wyoming. They even encouraged me to deal with the Colorado dealer where I did buy my car after I called their customer service number to complain. By the way, the Colorado dealer was friendly, professional, most willing to let me test drive a car, and most eager to sell me a car! Someone new needs to open a VW dealership in Wyoming and give this "turkey" of a VW dealer some good old fashioned competition.
