The worse service station I have ever dealt with, made an appointment which meant nothing. Waited 7 hours for a simple diagnosis and price of $4300 to replace a power steering pump versus going down the street to a reputable company and get a price of $979 labor and material with 3 year warranty. Price gougers !! Stay clear. The service manager, Bill has a lot to learn regarding customer service.

I recently planned a long trip - so made an appointment with Lisa, my Service Adviser, to have my care inspected. I was so lucky because she arranged for me to come in immediately. My 2018 Honda CR-V was inspected, and checked all over - inside and out - to make sure everything was working properly; all fluids were filled, battery checked, you name it!! Afterwards, I received the Inspection Report. My Honda report was 100% - All of this happened quickly and efficiently. I am so pleased with the Service Department. Lisa made sure I was pleased. She's great at her job and you can tell she is passionate about it as well.
