I am extremely mad at this dealership... Appx 1 month ago my Uncle Harry Fain came to this place and came home with a new car... He is 81 years old and has full dementia.. There is no way the sales people could not have known... Now he ha a 500.00 payment that he has no way to take care of...Harry was a 35 year employee of General Motors and has retired from there... It pisses me off that all the sales people wanted was a sale from an old man that isnt capable of making decisions.... I am his niece and have POA... I will be consulting a lawyer about this... Shame on these people for taking advantage of old people there in Florida..

I always bring my vehicle to Bill Cramer for servicing.The people who work here are friendly,knowlegable and helpful. The work gets done on time and the price is fair.The snacks are good, the bathroom clean. and the television is usually on Fox News (no fake news here).

I tried to paste a copy of my invoice showing what I asked to have fixed but it won't allow me to do so. I will continue to look for a way to post it. It's important to me that people understand how th dealership operates. I was recommended to Bill Jarrett by another business person. He tried to help me get the service I needed without good results. He apologized to me for recommending Jarrett Ford. Teca Scruggs was moved to a different department and was also unable to help resolve the issue.

I have always been pleased by the service department’s ability to get me set up with an appointment whether it be for service or handling a couple of Ford recalls in a timely manner. I have always been able to wait in their comfortable lounge area for the work to be done and find myself leaving in less time than I had expected.
