Just want to give a shout out to the EV tech who repaired my 2023 Chevy Bolt. (I never met him and I apologize for not asking his name) It took a long time to get it back but GM had to approve the extensive parts and repairs. I have had it back for almost two weeks now and it is running fine with no warning lights having come on. I appreciate the job he did. It was all under warranty including the loaner vehicle. Just want to say what a pleasure it is to show up to such a wounderful dealership to have your car serviced for what ever reason and it gets taken care of in a timely manner. I wanted to thank you for providing excellent service during my two recent visits with my 2000 BMW M-Coupe. It was refreshing to be able to leave my car in "good hands" with an obviously well trained mechanic and know that all the service will be handled in a very professional manner.
