The value of a company is gauged when it changes lemons into lemonade. I had a 2 pm appointment for a battery change and it took much longer. The service writer, Justine, was on top it from start to finish and the service manager got involved when it became obvious I was getting antsy. They gave me a steep discount accompanied with profuse apologies. They earned my business. Well done.

We arrived with an unscheduled need for service due to one tire losing pressure while were enroute to the airport The first pleasant surprise was when we drove into the bay and were met by Raul Quebles who immediately found a small piece of metal hidden between the treads. After placing protective covering on seat and floor, Raul promptly relayed our situation to Service Advisor Ryan Pereiras. Ryan exhibited a sense of urgency and professionalism. Ryan's friendliness was sincere and genuine. The tire was repaired in short order at a reasonable and fair price. The waiting area and restrooms are first class. Even Joe Parisi - General Manager / Managing Partner: General Manager / Managing Partner checkd on us. They made a potentially stressful situation enjoyable.

Was Traveling out of Indiana XC90 and as another review my AC went out. Called VOS (Volvo of Sarasota) made an appointment and brought the car in. Primary contact made was with Jimmy Lander (Asst. Service Manager) Within 20 mins Jimmy comes back with a diagnoses of both condensers are leaking and that the cost would be $5,500 dollars but he would have the car complete in 6 hours.(Really) Well being a mechanical Engineer in the Automotive industry for 40 years told me Jimmy was full of POOP. I paid my $250. to get my car back After which I took to another dealer where the car was sniffed and then black lighted for leaks where none were found any where near a condenser put in a inner valve assembly and the problem was fixed at NO COST (I purchased lunch for their shop) I have to say stay away if your car is out of Warranty because the next person may just believe what they hear !! If your looking for a reputable shop go to NAPA and ask the guy behind the counter if he knows of a good VOLVO shop that they deliver components to,,,, He knows.
