I recently purchased a GMC Acadia from Generation GMC, the salesperson was Chris Oliveto He was knowledgeable about all the different vehicles. He made me feel comfortable. The purchase was just very easy and smooth. I am very happy I took the ride over there. Everyone was kind and helpful. I had a great experience. I never felt pressured to make a purchase.

If there should be a rating lower than one star. They do not deserve the one star. There are wonderful sales associates, however, when you get to the management division, they are liars, rude, unprofessional and completely lacking ethics. Stay away from this dealership! Even if means you have to travel 50-60 miles in any other directions, please do. The management team is massively rude and lacks even a small sign of empathy. Their style when dealing with the elderly is something that the Attorney General of New York should look into. Shame on the leadership of this car dealership and shame on anyone that knowing works at this dealership and knows how they treat the elderly. I am just grateful that I caught on to the deal before it was signed by my elderly mother. Avoid them at all cost! Again, most of the sales associates are wonderful people and work hard and are ethical, however when one gets to the finance management managers, the true colors show. My mother was going to pay cash for a brand new vehicle, and promised the required items on the car that she wished. NONE of the requirements that she wanted were on the car. She was not allowed to see the car until the paperwork was done either. "They were polishing," the car for her. Once the car arrived I went to look at it and make sure that it was she requested, and of course the two requirements that she requested were not on the car. The salesman apologized profusely for the mistake, however the finance manager did not care. He would not do anything about the lack of equipment that my mother requested and said either walk or accept the car. Needless to say, I pulled the deal and to which the finance manager said, "hey don't worry this car will be sold at an even higher price." Absolute disgusting and unethical behavior. AVOID SIMMONS ROCKWELL!!!!!!

Thank You Scott from Service. And especially Thank You to Mike Flower. His courtesy, professionalism, and my experience buying from him was exemplary. Highly recommend you ask for him. Love, love, love my new Sierra 3500HD. Have to say, I do miss my 2012 Sierra 2500HD SLE that I traded, and I bought new there in 2012. Not one problem in 13 years, and 154 k miles. Above excellent. I went to three Toyota dealerships yesterday and was given the run around and was lied to. I came to this Buick dealership and they took very good care of me. Left with a brand new 2025 Buick Encore which is the color I wanted and the model I wanted. I am more than pleased with my experience, and have already recommended someone to that dealership. Shout out to the Vail Buick team, you guys definitely have a returning customer in me. Thank you Carl, for your superb service. It made a bad day into a great day. BUYER BEWARE IF BUYING USED VEHICLE. This dealership will sell you a used vehicle that they state supposedly "passed their 132 point inspection process" but actually does not pass. Purchased a 2017 GMC Sierra 2500HD with only 39,000 miles on it, but when brought it back to PA, it would NOT pass state inspection PA state inspection requirements mare the same as in NY. Vehicle doid not have a NY state inspection sticker on it so I don't know how they can say it passed inspection. Larry Spacc will call you personally right away to get your information for a credit check for financing, but the minute you call the dealership with a problem, he will NOT even get on the telephone and speak to you. Makes false promises, but actually does absolutely NOTHING to fix any problems or issues. When filed complaint with PA Attorney General, he lied and told them he made offers to resolve the problem when he made NO such offers. DO NOT buy from this dealership. They do not stand behind the vehicles they sell and GMC should be embarrassed and ashamed of this dealership's behavior and attitude towards customers. BUY from a more reputable and honest dealership. I wish I could have given them a ZERO star for this review.

I haven't had such a negative experience. The salesmen Joe Fusco told me he had the car I requested but lied over and over. He could have told me at any time that he couldn't deliver the car. Instead he chose to lie until it was too late for me to shop elsewhere. I lost the incentive of $3000 because the incentive ended. For an advertised family owned and operated business I can't imagine have a family like this. This salesman is the reason people don't trust car dealers.

Scheduled a time to have the transmission serviced in my 2020 GMC Denali and expected to have the fluid changed and internal filter replaced. Instead, they only changed the fluid and did NOT replace the transmission filter. I spoke to the service manager, who would not provide his full name (Scott) and he said it wasn’t necessary to replace the filter because they flushed the entire system with a detergent. My GMC service manual calls for a fluid and filter change every 45,000 miles. I will never use the service department at Davidson GMC again. I wasted $400.

Brand new 2017 acadia, less then 1 yr old. Less then 800p miles Brakes squeall like a school bus. APPT 1. I'm told the need to change brake pads. Ordered pads will be 8n nexr week. They never called me. 2 weeks after initial visit. I call them tell me parys Just came. Bring on your next week. APPT 2 Take car in they tell me GMC policy JUST chg. No new pads. They turm rotors. Next day brakes squealing. Told me to bring car in next week. Today was next week. Tell me pafs need replacingI would have to pay. I refused They then said they'd split cost 50/50. I refused. Now in GMC MEDIATORS HANDS.
