I had an appointment for an oil change on my mini clubman. Bryan was very helpful. I asked if he could arrange for one of the tech people to help me with my CarPlay. Daniel. sat with me in the car and showed me how to use the computer system. He was very patient pleasant and thorough.

Had a recent issue with my car and had to drop it off overnight. They were able to get me back on the road in 2 days and covered the repair under the warranty. On top of this the scheduled services for the mini they're very thorough with the inspections and provided me a good amount of information on things to consider to keep the car running correctly.
